As I mentioned previously I've been doing some cleansing rituals since my energy was heavily marked by energy vampires a very long time ago. I was testing out different methods for clearing out attachments and one method I tried was grabbing one, neutralizing it, and pushing it onto the floor under my desk (I was trying to redirect it into the earth). Later that night I sat at my desk and felt my chair roll onto a long rubber wire that was about a foot long before I cut it. It's a thin magnetic (iron?) wire covered in a twisting rubber and doesn't resemble anything I own. The weirdest part is as I've been cleansing myself I've been smelling burning rubber for a few seconds after neutralizing each piece. The rubber is tough and can't really be dented with my own fingernail.

In the left image I tore out one of the wires to see what it looked like inside. On the right you can see that there's a strand of metal inside. After touching this thing I had a nightmare of a super old intrusive thought that used to really upset me, leading me to believe that these things all hold different intended thoughts/energies.

A day goes by and after clearing everything out my spirit guide Ariell' places his energy on my stomach to help me heal. He slept next to me and I kept having odd visions in the middle of the night of a spirit resembling a humanoid lion calling me its next "vessel". I asked Ari if he saw that sort of thing while helping me and he responded with a concerned yes.

I tried to clear out the feeling and the name of the spirit became suddenly overwhelming like it didn't want me to remove its connection. Later I learned this spirit had basically planted its name into my body. The spirits name was short--only two letters "Ta" but the name weirdly held a lot of energy. Spirits usually have pretty long full names but his full name felt like two letters.

My guides later told me this is because malicious spirits like to hide the energy of their full names within nickname versions so that humans can accidentally summon them via intrusive thoughts and such. It's like if someone called Jane Elizabeth Smith gave you her name as "La" and saying that nickname in your head summoned her. The "La" would be drawn out and accentuated like Láãaà to further hide the energy/frequency of her true name within. Basically it grants a spirit easy access to you and works as a disguise.

I was becoming more overwhelmed trying to remove his energy and imagining it as piling trash onto the floor. At some point I put his name onto the floor and it suddenly felt like someone was fully standing in front of me, radiating body heat. I realized I had accidentally summoned him when trying to remove the connection--he seemed very fucking confused. Ari jolted up and I ran out of my room.

Ari summoned my higher self Sasha and they dragged him out while swapping places with me, telling me to go back into my room. Sasha and Ari were having an exchange with him while I tried to calm myself. Then I saw the spirit reach towards me (still confused), push through my wards, and felt an electrical zap on my middle finger. I think Ari and Sasha offed him as he reached out for me.

After everything I debriefed with my spirit guides and apologized for summoning a random ass spirit and Sasha randomly. They gave me a thumbs up telling me it was a very good thing because Sasha was in the process of trying to find Ta (this makes more sense if you read my last post). This spirit was the leader of the energy vampire family that spiritually harmed me throughout my childhood. Sasha was going to start out with finding the weaker spirits in Ta's pack but was scared that he would go into hiding after realizing they were going missing. On the spirit's body was a "set of keys" connected to all of his individual family members, kind of like a contact list. Sasha wants to use that to find the rest of them.

༻ About Energy Vampirism, protecting against it, and my experience growing up around it ༺

I realized I've been repeatedly running into energy vampire spirits for years because my energy points were marked as vulnerable which is a common thing they do for easier feeding. Recently I learned I was born around energy vampire spirits that marked me strongly since birth so I've been in the process of unmarking myself and deep cleaning my energy. This post details how energy vampires drain, how I've been removing their markings, and my experiences with them as a child.

(Note: This is all information I learned from my guides. They planned on telling me for a while but had to wait for me to reach a higher point of spiritual awareness.)

༻ About Vampirism ༺

To preface, an incarnated energy vampire feeding off of their own children is rare because energy vampires aren't supposed to feed off children directly or through their pack especially sexually. It's considered extremely taboo to feed off of children in general because feeding can be intrusive and intimate. A whole family/pack feeding off of children is even more unheard of. This type of behavior is considered wrong and sinister even to the shittiest of energy vampires. Keep this in mind as you read through.

Vampires stimulate energy by creating a surge within someone's energy and feeding off of the reaction you have towards it. For example: A vampire can stimulate your energy by giving you subconscious sexual thoughts and then feed off of the desire your energy feels towards those thoughts. One major aspect of vampirism is putting emotions in someone's mind/energy to create a strong emotional reaction, whether the emotions be sexual, sad, or simply disturbing intrusive thoughts. As long as it creates a reaction and draws out your energy from deep within.

They aim to feed off of energy hotspots; points where energy goes in and out the most. Anxious people are more likely to have a hotspot third eye, hypersexual people are more likely to have a hotspot Root point, etc. Different spirits naturally have different hotspots as well. Since my higher self Sasha gains energy through sex my hotspots are both my Root (sexual) and Sacral (possessive) points.

༻ How to get rid of markings (basic guide) ༺

Energy vampires will often put markings within your energy to draw out energy easier which can turn you into a walking snack if you aren't careful. My energy was heavily marked and in the past month I've had about 5 energy vampires end up following me into my heavily warded space and drain me. A few even posed as spirit guides. Markings can allow spirits to grab on to you tight and dodge any protection measures you have set up.

The main way to get rid of vampire markings is to focus on each energy point (aka chakra) within the body, unmark it (by gently rubbing it clean) , and heal it. The markings are akin to deep carvings. Markings may be filled with energy or not (if a vampire hasn't touched it in a while), so you need to purposefully neutralize any outside energy as you remove markings. You can do the same thing for attachments which are basically marked pieces of energy inserted into deep wounds. They may or may not be located on major chakras, sometimes they're placed randomly throughout the body.

Once you feel like all the energy and markings are neutralized you can "comb" out the dead energy, put it all in a blessed bag/jar/anything and literally throw away or bury the leftover energy. After this whole process is done with you should try to shield your energy points by creating a hardened crystal around each with the intention of not letting yourself be drained. It's especially important to shield the energy in your middle upper back because a lot of energy vampires use this spot as a "handle". Sometimes energy vampires like to retaliate if you try to defend yourself so it's extremely important to ward, cleanse, and banish as much as possible. I can go more into detail someday if this interests anyone but I'll keep it short since this post is long.

༻ My upbringing with them ༺

The mother I incarnated with was awful but that fact alone doesn't make her an energy vampire. She's majorly draining but not someone I'd consider an evil human per se. However, I recently learned that she subconsciously (and spirits part of her pack) claimed my energy since birth and created access points for easier feeding. They also created attachments within my body to funnel energy and create a long-distant feeding connection. As I mentioned earlier feeding on children is considered very sinister behavior by most energy vampire spirits.

Being fed on during my childhood consisted of being emotionally drained, sexually drained and having succubus nightmares--despite never experiencing anything physically concerning like that. I formed an innocent curiosity to sex at an unnaturally young age due to it being important to my core energy. At some point around 10 the feeling became more intense, uncomfortable, and succubus-like. I won't go into detail but there was a draining obsession and a dark, evil feeling around me constantly. It didn't feel solely like puberty thoughts; it felt like being spiritually harmed 24/7.

There was always pain involved that I brushed off, only realizing it's related to energy vampires due to my recent encounters with them. I was sexually drained last month and realized that it was a feeling I had experienced throughout my childhood. I'd describe sexual draining as the cramping of the upper back, Sacral, and Root areas with a dark suffocating sexual energy involved. This is due to their tendrils grabbing at energy points and draining energy out through the back. There were some periods that were less bad than others but overall there was a nightmarish feeling of constant spiritual draining.

I wish I could say this issue was purely related to having a crappy family but there was a lot of spiritual scars and affected energy points that I've recently had to take care of. Healing these areas immediately resulted in me having way more vivid dreams which I personally view as a sign that this really happened. My energy can dream better and I can see spirits easily now.

You might be wondering why I think my mother is the incarnation of a malicious spirit--maybe she was just a draining person surrounded by bad spirits. A few days ago I was playing BG3 and ran into the hag scene where a fae being traps humans in her home. The scene felt disgustingly eerie yet familiar which made me shut the game off. Later that night Sasha was telling me some facts about my guide Ariell' while I was doodling. In the middle I mentioned missing my cats which are at my mother's home. He showed me a vivid vision of my mother and her higher self which was a horrifying energy vampire spirit that didn't resemble a human at all. It had a white blob body, large black eyes, and a circular mouth full of blood with dozens sharp teeth pointing outwards almost like a monkey baring its teeth. I didn't believe it was my mom's higher self at first.

I later described the spirit to my sister (I didn't tell her about the game scene). She said "I had a dream of that exact spirit years ago. It trapped me in a creepy house and I was terrified of running into it. I kept waking up and being sent back into the house" mirroring the hag scene I felt randomly creeped out by in BG3. My vision of my mom's higher self combined with the fact it appeared as a trapping spirit in my sister's dream confirmed that my mom was energetically draining us throughout our childhood. She never literally trapped us at home, but the act of her energy creating permanent latchings onto us was enough to unknowingly trigger a deep sense of dread and panic while playing a game that seemingly didn't relate to her at all.

I asked Sasha and my guides why they allowed that to happen since they're extremely protective. They told me that they tried telling the malicious spirits around me to fuck off but it caused the energy vampires to retaliate by harming me more. They had threatened to kill my energy. The spirits made it a point to punish me for my guides trying to protect me because they saw me as an animal basically. This put my guides in a horrible position where they basically had to sit back and watch me be sexually drained and threatened throughout my childhood. Due to this, Sasha decided to never incarnate again so I am one of his last lifetimes.

Heyo I'm back :] Lots has happened recently that I'll be journaling about soon. I started getting more into dream work and trances with a new spirit guide by the name of Ariell' ("ah-ree-yell", lift the tongue up at the end so it just barely makes an 'a' sound. Kind of like Ariella with a cut off 'a')

He's started frequently sleeping next to me because his energy enhances my dreams. I'm a gigantic overthinker so every time he visits he leaves his hair to signify that he was actually around lol. In terms of trances I'm hoping to have him play his oud around me and learn how to channel his energy and memories through dance. Even if I can't hear it well I think it should still work

I don't often talk about other witches' practices because I prefer to do my own thing quietly but please be careful about sharing in-depth details related to your practice. Be careful of who you let close to you. Even witches with pure intentions are sometimes followed and tricked by malicious spirits who like to keep eyes on others. Nosy spirits that like to read over shoulders and look for opportunities/tactics to harm people. I'm not saying you need to be constantly paranoid but just be wary.

༻ Spell Jar: purifying intrusive thoughts ༺

I decided to make a spell jar to filter out intrusive and negative thoughts since they've been stressing me out a lot, especially as I've been communicating with spirits more. Under the read-more explains how I chose each herb and a technique that I use for spell jar enhancement

༄ Eucalyptus - Helps to remove blockages and supports healing

༄ Mugwort - Soothes the mind, cleanses, and promotes dreams

༄ Aloe - Calming and healing. Wards against negativity

༄ Jasmine - Associated with love, purification, and resilience

༄ Lavender - Purity, rest, and serenity

One of my spirit guides is an herbalist so I had him help choose what he thought would work best by looking at a list of herbs and picking out the ones he told me to. Afterwards I looked at a few sites and jotted down the most agreed-upon properties. I personally know nothing about herbs so this was a very interesting learning experience for me!

Before adding herbs into my jar I try to spend at least 30 minutes weaving my intentions into each herb on my table and crafting a connection between all of them. I focus my intentions on individual herbs and mentally braid/tie the energy of certain herbs together as such; aloe with jasmine (for healing and loving energy), eucalyptus with mugwort (for removing subconscious blockages), and lavender with both of those groups (to increase serenity). Then I connect all of the herbs together multiple times to create a sort of grid, enhancing the strength of the spell.

I added some dried flowers in there to represent each of my spirit guides which isn't necessary but increases protection. I also burned a paper sigil into the jar to represent cleansing. Overall this jar is meant to help promote mental clarity, connection with the subconscious, and self-love (as a reminder to treat yourself kindly after having negative thoughts)

I've been having some crazy visions at night. None of them are normal dreams, they are all insanely vivid messages from my spirit guides and I can feel their emotions in each one. Last night I asked Sasha to give me visions about his childhood so he showed me when he was a depressed and nervous kid in his home plane.

At one point I spotted him watching me from behind, standing with his arms crossed and wearing a bandana per usual. I think he didn't want to startle me so he put on a funny face--I saw confetti appear, heard a party kazoo noise, and he was waving excitedly like he was cheering me on. I always assumed he had a sense of humor of course but seeing this guy do something so corny was almost more jarring than if he hadn't...

Later I saw a child-like shadow person dancing around my room and wearing a glowing face mask. It freaked me out and I tried to banish him which pissed him off and sent me into sleep paralysis wherein I saw a rope tied around my hand with a piece of paper attached to it. I first thought the child was a memory of Sasha but I remembered a conversation I had with him yesterday. I told him "Shadow people kind of make me nervous" and he responded "I've bound one by contract to protect you. Do you want to see?". I gave him permission to show it to me as a vision and forgot later lol

Due to my aforementioned energy vampire encounter Sasha and one of his soulmates have been visiting to help me recover energy. On the initial night Sasha sat at my desk for hours while writing in a journal. All night I heard fast page zipping like he was thumbing at chunks of book pages lol. He had to convert his energy to charge mine which created a wind-like energy around myself that I kept feeling while dozing off.

The next night him and a soulmate started visiting. I was confused at first because his soulmate was looking at me like (O_O) waiting for me to notice him. I tried to wave him away from third eye (thinking he was an intrusive thought) but smelled cannabis which I've learned Sasha burns to signal that a situation is safe/legit. He asked for permission to enter my space and help which I thought was kind--he could've followed Sasha into my room but instead asked me directly.

Each time he visits he opens an intricate vial and places his energy at vital points on my body, triggering memories between us. Before energy is placed at each point Sasha burns cannabis so that I stay calm when experiencing a change in energy. His soulmate's energy combined with the memories allow me to "digest" it over hours after they leave. The process is slightly intimate in nature

༻ My personal view of Astral sex ༺

That feeling when you bind your root energy to...

...a partner who has submitted himself fully to you and his energy is stuck at a point of nearly climaxing all night. He begs to come but you could continue fucking him forever so you let him writhe underneath, bound by ropes, until you feel like stopping. Every thrust sends a shockwave of pleasure throughout his body that you both vividly feel since you've energetically become one, creating an addicting sensation of getting off to your partner's bliss.

This is the consequence of him purposely toying with the erogenous zones of my neck and sacral energy point; areas that trigger me to act this way. Unfortunately for him I make it my goal to painstakingly balance out his actions. Our binding means the further I pull out between each thrust, the more momentum is built like a metal spring being pulled apart and released. Our root energies magnetically seek to meet inside him. I continuously aim to hit his "prostate" as hard as possible to create ripples of sexual energy throughout his body.

At some point my instincts take over and I only want to suffocate the body beneath me by pushing my weight down and looming over. My dual desires of asserting dominance and giving warm, loving pleasure balance to create a feeling of overwhelming stimulation led by a controlling hand. My jaw falls lax as I feel his limbs pulling tighter with each second. Reaching deeper and deeper inside while a partner latches onto me for dear life and begs me to come is pure nirvana. Still, I hold out as long as possible because I want to make my partner reach insanity and call my name repeatedly.

This is one reason I find physical sex generally unsatisfying--it can't be compared to the feeling of a sexual binding that can be drawn out for hours. I can try to be dominant and controlling but my grasp on a partner's leash will never be as tight without a spiritually aware partner. Even the incomplete state of half-climaxing lasts longer than physical orgasms and can be stronger. Physical sex doesn't typically involve a constant feedback loop where you can literally feel what your partner is experiencing and your own pleasure at once. I digress

I decide not to climax until I've consumed the energy granted to me which is more difficult than it sounds. The sexual energy that a partner offers before intercourse through teasing and asking me to claim them needs to be digested, on top of the energy they release to me while being fucked. I have to consume enough but not too much while also losing myself inside someone, who may either be asking me to finish too early or fuck them beyond their limit (which can harm them). It's a complete balancing act.

I had a dream where I was flipping through a journal of my past lives with my core energy Sasha and he was showing me them. I touched my hand to every one and felt the energy travel from my fingers to my third eye. The first one was a memory of myself steering a ship in the arctic, trying to save my crew from dangerous waves but ultimately dying. Another was a group of teenagers joking about chlamydia on a school trip and fist bumping. One was of a red carpet event where I was in a group of child actors. In another I was a musician and watched my manager joke about wanting to meet women. I felt so much unconditional love for every single one.

Sasha specifically pointed out a section labeled "spiritually awakened lives" where he writes about my life. I tried touching my pages and he playfully slapped my hand away, saying "you're not supposed to see that one yet". I have paranoia about experiencing an early death but saw there were a ton of pages for mine which was comforting. I couldn't see my life events exactly yet I sensed a radical, positive change from beginning to end. Next to my pages was a life where I lived as a priestess in South America. Seeing that Sasha puts me in the same category as a priestess made me realize how insignificant I make myself feel and how much I beat myself up. I've experienced so much struggle and confusion throughout this life but I feel like things are finally starting to make sense.
