And lastly, Where does this Sebastian/Blog take place?

This blog takes place right after Sebastian was brought to UrbanShade in 2013, but before his experimentation.

He knows nothing about the place he's in nor what kind of entities it holds.

He's also still a bit of a bitch by the way, he isn't exactly going to be nice or kind. (He was accused of 9 murders so...whatcha expect from the guy?)
