being so staunchly anti generative ai while everyone around you is "i used chatgpt" and "i asked grok" and google search is useless and every company is implementing ai and every single celeb is taking ai money and partnering with ai is like... it's so jarring. why can't you see the harm like i can? why are you so lazy? why are we making society this stupid? can we please stop? it's killing people does that not matter to you?

I have as a matter of fact been thinking about why was Uzi so suddenly able to overcome the Solver and not let Cyn overshadow her. And I legit think it was the power of love.

The first time she snapped out of it was when N said in front of Nori that they "hang out".

And in the finale, Uzi was reinforced by making things official with him and also meeting her mom.

So yeah, power of love, I quite like that.

Not a big fan of the occult/religious symbols scattered throughout.

To me seeing real life religious/satanic symbols in a fantasy/sci-fi show is a bit of a red flag.

But here's my take on it in MD:

The two times in the show we see this is Tessa's room and the cabin fever labs. Both strongly connected with humans, so I interpret it as being, or at lest symbolising that they themself brought about their downfall. I mean the Absolute Solver came to be from a drone somone didn't care enought to properly dispose, we saw how much death and darkness there was in the Manor, how poorly the drones were treated, how pathological Tessa's family was.

And the Cabin Fever labs? They desecrated a church and religious symbols what did they think was going to happen?

So this dabbling in occult is in character, cause I could make this post twice as long listing all the horrible things the humans in this show have done.

And Tessa... she was a definately product of her enviroment.

So moral of the story: Don't be a horrible person. And don't get involved in demonology or some other crap like that.

Seriously though, whether you believe that this is real or not you would get seriously hurt, so do not!

Has anyone ever pointed out that Todoroki Shoto is a chimera?

What I mean by that: Chimerism is this thing that happens e.g. when two embryos fuse together, and the result is a creature that has an even split of colors exactly in the middle of the face. (I am oversimplifying of course). I'm sure you're seen cats or axolotls like that.

And Shoto is exactly that, split 50-50, which is super visible on his hair and would also explain heterochromia and why he has two different quirks that are restricted to each side of his body.

And it really stuck with me because I don't think I've ever seen a human chimera in any other media.
