Happy (belated) Artist Appreciation Day!

Hello there, Linked Universe fandom! Today is…well, if you look on the calendar, you won’t find any official events attached to today. However, if you scroll back to last month at around this time (namely October 25th!) you’ll notice that it was Artist Appreciation Day! It’s a bit late, but we’ve decided to celebrate Artist Appreciation Day today, so to all our amazing LU fanartists…

You guys are amazing! Thank you all for being a part of this fandom and sharing your works with us. We all know how discouraging the creative road can be, whether it stems from dissatisfaction with follower or reblog counts, frustration with your skills, fear that you don’t stack up as a creator, or something else–it takes a lot of courage to post publicly, and for that we wanted to thank you! 

Whether you create portraits, comics, meme edits, character redesign sheets, fanfic fanart, or anything and everything in between, your work is appreciated, loved, and cherished!! LU as a community wouldn’t be the same without you, and we can’t thank you enough for being there to make this fandom a more lively place! 

However, we sure will try! For those of you who filled out the LU Artist Census/Premiere Artist Census back in August, we have a very special surprise for you. Hello! I know I’ve not been very active here the past year, and thank you all for sticking with me anyways! If you’d like to at least see a bit of art once in a while and haven’t already, check out my ask blogs @askglittereverywhere ,@ask-the-eyeless-musician and @ask-vaporwave-grunge-boy , they all have their own slight trajectories as well for those who prefer stories, particularly the newest (a warning though, that one is also 16+). I’m not here just to promote those though–in the spirit of being, uh… almost 10 months into the new year, I’d like to ask you guys to take a poll! This relates mostly to the blind!kara AU comic I was doing bits of, since I had never realized people would like it so much, and thus plans are a little tougher to get together for it. However, there will be an option for this to be done with more than just that.

Aight, ya’ll asked for it so I have brought to you my offering: a bunch of Gerudo ladies! This is mostly to show off the common traits of a Gerudo depending on parentage. I honestly had a load of fun doing this; it proved to be a good exercise in face shape and trying to make everyone look different from one another. <:

As a side note, these are all the results of a Gerudo woman having a child with another race of any gender. Gerudo men, unless they have kiddos with a Gerudo woman, will not produce Gerudo children.

I might do a second version of this for some Gerudo bois if ya’ll are interested. <: In the meantime I hope ya like it! uwu
