"Those Cockroaches."

What if roaches actually thought that we were friends?

And that the crumbs I haphazardly drop are comfort food intended for them. They say a roach can survive a month on just one crumb. So my inadvertent food fumblings could seem to them a bounteous sum.

They also say that roaches are equally disgusted by physical contact with humans. And they immediately seek solace in which to cleanse themselves. Well I say - short of taking a shower after a would be physical encounter, I too consider it a violation. That would mean that our so-thought friendship would be of the most toxic order.

"Watch Out" little Sister.

I had a dream that you were taking me sight seeing. You were driving a shiny silver car, futuristic looking. It was aerodynamically slender and sleek with headlights that jutted across the front. You drove on a cove and in the foreground was the most gorgeous panoramic view of blue and sky blue water.

Off in the distance- just to my right there was a crater-like mountain that stood, with a lone sprawling palm tree atop of it. It was beautiful and conspicuously eye catching like a mirage. As I felt for my 📱 to take a picture, my little sister, told me not to bother, that it was indeed just a projection - meant solely for the benefit of brain connected vision (notice I didn't say eye).

As she spoke I noticed that her shiny new car kept creeping towards the bank. As if she had neglected to put the car in park amidst the sightseeing and exposition. As we moved closer and closer to the border of sand and water, I now almost in a full panic, began yelling.

My little sister, now with the motion and feel of a car being put in neutral while entering a car wash, hit a button, and we were submerged and almost instantaneously greeted by the most charming underwater pastel colored shop and boutiques - she knows all the spots.
