Guys, I've been losing an insane amount of w3ight recently, almost 10 lbs in like a week. Im positive a lot of it was waterw31ght, but considering the changes in my body I think some of it was f4t!! I need to lose another 7lbs till I'm not 0verw31ght, and back in the 130s! That would be a DREAM! I've basically been running off of energy drinks and sweets, i guess im a junkrexxie but that's okay with me, as long as I lose w31ght. I just want to look good for the new school year and hopefully get a boyfriend!

Hey guys😜 haven't been on here in a while BUT that's cause my sister has been here, anyway! Since I've gotten a job I've actually been l0sing w3ight?? Like I actually SEE it in my face. My cheekbones are popping out more, and my cheeks are hollowing. Not only that, but my legs are also looking sl1mmer, probably from walking at work. I've really only been 34ting past like 4pm most days, and even then it's a few snacks and then dinner. Unfortunately I haven't noticed much change in my stomach area other than less bloat, but progress is progress! AND guys... my arms are actually th1nner now too... like when I started g4ining w3ight again I stopped being able to wrap my fingers around my wr1st but now im back to being able to do my pinky! Although, with all this physical changes it does make me sad to say that my w31ght hasn't changed much?? Maybe im l0sing f4t and building muscle, because my w31ght HAS dropped, but not alot for the changes I've noticed. To be honest, I dont really know, but I am glad to say that im looking th1nner😍 oh and I was wondering, how do yall make yourself p/rg3? Because I've been wanting to, but I never feel completely empty and I still feel sick to my stomach 😢

Guys will I still lose w31ght fast if I only skateboard instead of working out... I just skated for an hour and a half and burnt almost 500 c4ls! I might do some core workouts just to get a more toned stomach but, I think I'll be fine with just skating?? Especially if I f4st and restrict
