My first ever soufflé! Went with Mary's lemon soufflé recipe. It rose which is the first thing 😁 tastes fine too, but as a pudding... i'm not sure lol. Executed perfectly but not convinced I'd order it on a menu. #baking #lemonsoufflé

Had a great weekend with this guy again :) Been good to do even more catching up with people (3rd weekend in a row now) and the next few weekends will all be the same. Some friends who I haven't seen for many years, I will also be spending time with soon! :)

😱 no beard! Don't worry, it's coming back lol! Just thought I'd post a few progress pics of it growing back so that people can see one of the reasons why I stopped shaving.
