Summary: Supernatural Half Blood Boarding School AU where students are paired with a human counterpart to help them adapt to the human world outside their supernatural communities.

It’s a few weeks after Shawn applied to challenge the state rule that required him to complete a year of adaptation at an academy. His reason was valid, there was technically no hiding that tail. The two of you had been waiting for news of his acceptance or denial and it finally comes just as you and Shawn were thinking about getting ready to apply again.

Shawn runs into the bathroom while you’re drying yourself off from a shower one morning and he picks you up and spins you around. Your towel slips away as he holds you against him and says, “We can go home! The adaptation board says I only need to complete some socialization courses and I’ll be good to go!” He sets you down and you scramble to grab your towel off the floor. “What are y- Oh. OH!”

“Yeah! I just got out of the shower,” you chuckle and wrap yourself up. “So we can just do the classes at home and do some sort of test online or something?”

Shawn looks at the letter in his hand. “…you’re excused from classes at Highland Park…blah blah blah…will need to complete socialization classes…blah blah blah…the state will appoint you a human partner to teach you how to interact with humans on a daily basis in a professional and socially acceptable way.”

You frown and walk around Shawn into the bedroom. “So they’re going to appoint you one. Didn’t you request I take over your learning from home if you were excused?”

“I did. Apparently that doesn’t matter?” Shawn drops the letter on the bed. “Maybe you have to apply for the position? Like apply for a private partner position and then you could be selected as mine?”

You let out a frustrated huff as you get dressed. “The state is a pain in the ass.”

Shawn shakes your shoulder, knowing you were already waking up. It’s the day you would drive back to school and you don’t want to get up yet. The last two days had been the best you think you’d ever had. Shawn was playful, loving and attentive to you. For two whole days both of you laid in his room and lazily made out, explored each other with clothes on, and watched movies while talking about your lives. Sometimes things almost going too far when his hands would slide down your sweatpants and he’d make you melt under his touch.

The clock on his nightstand says it’s 4:45am. Way too early for you to even consider getting up. But Shawn’s hand on your side is persistent. It’s dark in his bedroom save for the dim ambient light from the moon shining through the large windows and patio doors on the far wall.  You roll over to face him as he shakes your shoulder persistently. “What is it?” you groan and he pulls the blanket it off your body.

“Get up with me. I want to show you something,” he whispers, holding your blanket hostage so you can’t turn over and go back to sleep.

Bad Reputation

A/N this is my first imagine. Also in this it includes Brian and Andrew.

Shawn’s POV

“Shawn, come on you know that she’s no good for you, she’s like the fucking bad girl of the city for Christ sake” Brian yelled at me. “Ugh just please shut up, this is the 7th time that we’ve had a argument about Y/N in the past month. Can’t you just understand that I love her” I cried, annoyed. We were arguing because my girlfriend Y/N isn’t exactly the ‘girl next door’, but she’s amazing to me. I mean people only disapprove of her because she has a nose piercing and 4 ear piercings, but I guess also she has her hair dyed dark brown and blue tips. But still, she’s fucking gorgeous, even my Mum and Dad love her, freakin hell Aaliyah thinks of her as an older sister. “Shawn, I’m not here to make your life choices but I’m here to guide you in the right direction” Andrew says drawing me out of my thoughts. “I know Andrew, I just don’t get why you dislike her” I say “Because, she has a bad reputation, both of us and some of your other friends have seen her naked.” He explained “Not this story again, you always use this against her” I sighed. “Ok we’ll answer this question, what time does she get home?” Brian asked me whilst raising a brow. “7pm but that’s only cause she likes to take the long way home” I stated. “Mhm yeah, whatever Shawn I’m going” Brian said and he and Andrew left the recording studio. I decided to call Y/N before I heard footsteps fill the room, I looked up and saw my Y/N “Hey baby, what are you doing here at this time of night” I asked her as it was now past 11pm. “Oh I um came to see if you wanted to order some pizza and watch some movies at my house, I was just coming back from Bella’s house.” She stated. “Ohh, did you happen to hear any of my conversation with Brian and Andrew?” I asked nervously. “All of it” she deadpanned. “Y/N I love you no matter what people think” I said before walking up to her and embracing her in a tight hug. We stayed in that position for a few minutes before she broke the comfortable silence “Maybe we’re not meant to be” “What! No, Y/N I love you more than anything and I don'tcare what anyone says about you! I exclaimed pulling her petite body closer to my chest. "I’m sorry Shawn, you will always have a special place in my heart but we can’t keep doing this”-“No Y/N” I cut her off. “Goodbye Shawn,this isn’t your fault” “Please, don’t go, i love you so much” I begged her, before she walked out of my life, taking my heart and will for living with her.

I should have known that her bad reputation would end us.

The next three days come and go so quick you barely remember them. You’re engrossed in catching up on your school work while Shawn goes over everything that’s going to be different since you’re a werewolf now. He says that because you’re an omega via the bite you’ll never have to worry about shifting because your body isn’t made for it the way his is. You won’t have to worry about your period anymore, but you will have to worry about heats. He says you’ll be expected to attend any pack events with him, and to show respect to the elders but you did that already. The two of you stay in the guest house, a small two bedroom cottage on the far edge of the Oak Grove estate. His parents agreeing that the two of you needed some privacy while you adjusted to being a werewolf.

It’s early on Sunday evening when you start to feel sick to your stomach. Shawn had gone out to help his uncle with some furniture deliveries. You lay your laptop on the pillows and lean back, head resting against the headboard of the large king size bed. The nausea lasts for maybe ten minutes, coming in waves that are so strong you think you might vomit if you moved an inch. Then you start to sweat. You’re freezing cold but the sweat is just rolling off your forehead and into your eyes. It’s all you can do just pull the blankets over you and not throw up.

Dizziness sets in after a while, your head swimming and everything becoming slightly blurry. You couldn’t even get up and cross the room to get your phone off the charger to call or text Shawn. You end up falling asleep, sticky, damp and miserable.

You wake up with a start, a hand on your face and you take a minute to focus on the person standing over you. It’s Myra. “Myra? Where’s Shawn?” your voice sounds hoarse like you had been screaming. Had you been screaming in your sleep? “I need Shawn.”
