Moving on

So, I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.

The reason I’ve joined this hellsite almost three years ago was for writing and fanfics and fandoms and all that great stuff. But my main blog got flooded with politics and fandoms had to take a second place.

So I made a secondary blog (this one) - and realized too late that some of the interactions can only be done through the main blog.

So, I will be creating new account and abandoning this one for good - so I can finally focus only on the fandom stuff.

Goodbye to all of my followers. We’ve had a good run.

The waves washed over the shores of the Ember Island. The Comet was getting nearer by the day, and they pushed harder than before to be ready.

But even in all the haze, all the practice… something kept bugging him. He didn’t have the courage to ask before. What kind of power was that? Where did it come from?

He wasn’t even sure he wanted to know.

Katara was standing at the shore, still in the Fire Nation reds. The sun was slowly setting. He walked closer to her.

“What are you doing here?” she asked, no hostile, but curious.

“I…” Suddenly, he wasn’t sure, what to say. He took a deep breath. “I wanted to ask about something. Since our… trip.”

Katara sighed and turned away, stepping forward. He couldn’t see her face anymore, so he followed her, stepping into the water. The small waves washed over his ankles.

“I was just curious. But if you don’t want to talk about it…”

“Did you ask the others?” she whispered. “Do they know I did it?”

“Why would I?” he shook his head. “I wanted do ask you.”

“Thanks for that…” She sighed, walking further into the sea. “I swore to myself I would never do it again. But I did… on an innocent person. I guess I really am not much better than Hama after all.”

“I’m sort of lost.”

“After Ba Sing Se… after Aang got better… we ended up separated from the rest of our Tribe. So we decided to make it to the Capital on our own and meet them there. We travelled through the Fire Nation for a while…” She paused. He didn’t say anything. “We met this old woman – Hama. She is… well, probably more like was, another bender from my Tribe. She was captured by the Fire Nation decades ago and escaped. And in that, she discovered a new way to bend water.” Another pause. Her voice was getting angrier. “It’s called Bloodbending. I think the name speaks for itself. It’s horrible and it can only be done under full moon – as far as I know. I’ve never tried it otherwise.”

She went silent, covering her face with her hands.

“I didn’t want to learn it.” she whispered. “But she forced me – she… she bent me. And the others.” Katara was shaking. After a moment, she stilled. “I had no choice. And I swore to myself I would never do it again.”

She continued into the waves. He noticed his feet were almost out of water – the tide was falling.

“You must think I’m a hypocrite. Calling you and the Fire Nation monsters, when I can do something like that.”

“Why would you be a monster?” he asked, confused. “No bending is inherently evil.”

He dared to make one step further. The sun was almost gone now.

“Correct me, if I’m wrong, but… I think I understand, how you feel,” he said after a while. “When I left the Fire Nation, after the eclipse… I felt so much guilt – over leaving and even more over what I did before I realized how so Agni damn stupid it all was. I finally saw Fire Nation for what it was – destructive and uncontrollable power. And… I felt like the element itself was to blame.”

Katara didn’t reply. She looked at the sun, which was far enough behind the horizon for it to be possible.

“But that’s not true. It’s not about the element. It’s about who is controlling it. Just try and think of how many uses it could have – uses that aren’t bad in any way.”

“I don’t think there are many,” she shook her head.

“Do you think it could someone from bleeding out? Restart a heart?” he asked. “Think of how many lives it could save – if the right person was in control.”

“You think I could be that person?”

“I couldn’t think of anyone better.”

So yeah, apparently today is Valentines day, so i decided to post this ._.

I knew Valentines day was around the corner, but only thanks to a valentines day themed colour pack in warframe. So when my classmates were like: Happy Valentines day! my reaction was: Wait, that’s today?

What if someone got bitten by a vampire, but didn’t realize it. So then they go around and keep misidentifying all the symptoms, like

“Dude, you haven’t gone outside in a while.” “Yeah, last time I went out I got this wicked sunburn.”

“Are you still up?” “Yeah, I started bing watching this show on Netflix.”

“Dude, I’m seriously craving something right now.” “Like what?” “I dunno. Pizza rolls?”

I will start this with stating, that I’m not accusing you of being a bigot, “ableist” or anything like that, but...

I don’t know, how it is elsewhere, but I don’t think most of the non-physical problems would warrant getting placed in “special needs” class - unless it’s a very serious form of said condition.

Also, a lot of these aren’t even disabilities.

Asperger’s, ADHD and Chromesthesia are neurological conditions/disorders and schizophrenia is a mental illness, that usually appears between the late teens to about thirty, btw (so it would be strange for her to have the condition if the class was their canon age 13/14).

Btw, things like Asperger’s and ADHD can be very, very easily overlooked in girls, since their symptoms are less apparent than they are in boys.

Again, I’m not accusing you of any bigotry (and I am not even opposed to the idea), but it seems like you, OP, have limited and/or scewed understanding of how some of these conditions work and seem to be almost romanticizing few of them (mainly the schizophrenia).

For @missfandomtrash2point0, cause she asked for it. I was painting my nails while writing this, which is not easy. Miraculous Disabillities AU, in which Miss Bustier’s class is for the special needs. —– Adrien is completely blind due to an illness and a surgery that took his sight. Marinette is paralyzed from the waist down.

Alya and Chloe have ADHD. Whereas Alya’s attention is focused on blogging, Chloe’s is focused on being a DJ. (Everyone knew about Alya, but no one knew about Chloe until she got tested.)

Nathaniel is deaf. He has been hard-of-hearing since birth, and wore hearing aids for a short time until a bully tore them out, permenantly damaging his hearing for good. If there were anything he missed the most about sound, it would be listening to the music he can’t hear anymore.

Max and Sabrina have asperger’s syndrome. He had no friends until Kim actually took the time to get to know him and understand his illness. Chloe looks past Sabrina’s illness, and as a result, they get along well.

Nino and Alix are dyslexic. Before getting tested, he and other assumed he was just stupid, but now accepts it. Being the bro he is, Nino helps guide Adrien from place to place. Alix doesn’t appear care about either having dyslexia or learning everything, but secretly does.

Mylene and Ivan has dysgraphia, and as a result, she can’t write well. They were both excited to see someone with their disability, and bonded over it.

Kim has dysphraxia. Because of this, he was determined to do better and started a variety of sports and excercises. It’s still a problem, but it’s not nearly as bad as it once was. 

Rose has chromesthesia, so she sees color when she hears certain sounds. At times, she is delighted by this and with all the colors she sees. At other times, she experiences sensory overload and is frightened by the colors. But the colors inspire her scrap-booking projects, and is her favorite thing to do.

Juleka is schizophrenic. The hallucinations tend to distract her from her work, and Rose is always asking for the details for her scrapbooking.

There’s a fanfic with this exact premise (more or less) called Truth and Consequences. She doesn’t join Mothball to help Adrien, but for different reasons (if I remember corectly, she’s tired of fighting and thinks joining Mothball and helping him is the fastest way to end it).

I’ve read the first few chapters and they were quite good, though I don’t know, where it went later. So, I would recomend this fic to anon up there :-D

about the betrayal au- i feel like ladybug would be the one to join hawkmoth instead of chat noir. hear me out- ladybug discovers gabriel’s secret, he explains how he does it because he loves emilie and wants to bring her back, and ladybug understands because of how much she loves adrien and how she would do anything to bring him back if the situation was reversed.

I feel like she wouldn’t. She would likely run it by Chat noir first. Ladybug is shown to trust Chat noir with her life, and be incredibly selfless. If Chat noir refuses, then maybe she plans on double crossing him.

But honestly, it’s hard to see Marinette betraying anyone. Even if it was for Adrien.

Also, it would probably need to show another way of “deevilizing” an akuma, since she probably wouldn’t have time to take off her earings? Maybe Chat/Adrien finally getting to visit Fu’s place?

If triple evilization is going to be a thing I want all tom sabine and marrinete all to bee akumatized over the bakery, maybe a rude critic came through, or some one is trying to get it shut down. Its be great for family dynamic and showing that Marinette has problames that can be the main focus without it being her fault and it being important for more than 12 seconds.

It works in fleshing out a lot of things. It would be interesting to see how it would play out.

Gives Chat noir a chance to hero a bit.

Gives a bit of development to the family.

Allows Marinette to have conflict and not have to apologize about it

It would be interesting.

What leaks?

Like everyone is going crazy with the ml leaks. But why are people assuming Chat got akumatized into Chat Blanc if the leaks don't specify that?

Because Copycat already happened,

And the writers would totally akumatize Chat noir. Because it’s the most dramatic

(They have him under akuma control a bunch of times already. So it is the logical next step)

Okay... so, I have been following you for quite a while. And I absolutely love the crossover AUs (Mariforce, Ladyverse) and I really liked the idea of Ladyverse crossover with PiC AU... but what about Mariforce/PiC crossover? Any ideas? How do you think different versions of Marinette would react? (I'm mainly asking because I kinda started writing a fanfic and then I realized your post was actually about Ladyverse/PiC :-D )

-All of the Mariforce would be horrified by the PIC ladybug. (Since it’s Marinette, all of them would be equally horrified. Maybe canon being the most horrified, since that is literally an evil ladybug)

-A straight up evil version of them that seems to have multiple kwami.

-They would also be horrified of PIC! Chat noir. (Especially the members that had a crush on their chat noir’s)

-PIC! Ladybug and Chat noir able to fight all of them on equal footing. Even making them retreat. This one is practiced and deadly.

-PIC! Chat noir would not try to kill them, since they are Marinette. And he could never bring himself to hurt them, unless his specific Marinette was in Danger.
