drinking a gallon of water a day has helped suppress my appetite so much !! It also has cleared up my skin & keeps me feeling full.

I will get a gallon of spring water at the store and drink on it all day. It feels SO good on an empty stomach. I will drink directly from the bottle because it helps me keep track.

Don’t be afraid of water weight. I have been doing this for weeks and I keep losing SOOOO much & so quickly !

I’ve Been doing this diet for the past few days and I’m on day 6 and so far I’ve lost around 10 pounds I 100% recommended doing this diet😻
