So I'm playing through Kingdom Hearts with a friend and now that we're on Birth By Sleep I've started asking the silly hypotheticals. Like what music the characters would listen to, or the most recent one of which social media they would use. We agreed that Ventus and Terra probably use Bluesky on this point (Terra still checks the bird app now and then but says he uses bluesky) and Aqua does either Tumblr or Instagram And that lead to my FAVORITE idea of Aqua doing a Youtube shorts/reels/tiktok type of video series of just "Day in the life of a Keyblade Master" and oh my god I needed to get that out there because I love this idea.

I love envisioning my favorite characters doing every day normal slice of life stuff it fuels me

We live in the midst of the ongoing hellish war in Gaza, trapped between walls of fear and despair.

We struggle daily to survive in an environment filled with threats and dangers.

We are originally from the north of the Gaza Strip, but at the beginning of the war we were displaced several times without anything. Our house was completely destroyed and we are now homeless.

I forgot how much I just... loved playing games.

Like recently I've started/continued playing Persona 5 Tactica, Xenoblade Chronicals Definitive Edition, Paper Mario TTYD, Kirby Return to Dreamland, Legend Of Zelda a Link Between Worlds, Kid Icarus Uprising and Splatoon 3, ALONGSIDE my constants of playing Minecraft, Smash Ultimate and Pokemon

For a while I was trying to manage doing one game at a time, so I wouldn't have started a new game until I beat the one I was currently playing. But I think that just caused me to have less time ENJOYING each game, and just made playing the current one feel like something I HAD to do.

I'm not exactly super far in any of the games I mentioned, but I'm chipping away at all of them when I feel in the mood. and it feels great! Genuinely, if you've caught yourself in the mood of "I don't know what to play", I promise you just grab one thing from your "Backlog" and just start chipping away at it. Even if you have no intentions of finishing it for a long time there aren't rules to how you enjoy Video Games.
