I know it鈥檚 been forever since I last posted. Here鈥檚 a progress update!
I鈥檓 officially down 44 lbs! The picture on the left is around my highest weight, 179 lbs. The one on the right is current, about 135 lbs. Now, I鈥檓 putting more focus on building baby muscles/maintaining muscle mass while I try to reduce my body fat. I鈥檓 exercising regularly and eating healthy most of the time (everything in moderation).
Excited to see what my body looks like in a few more months!
