I know that what the girlfriends seems like a ship that was just thrown together cos why not but imagine you were melanie. And youve been running from yourself. And you feel like your self worth is tied to how much control you have over your anger. And everyone around you views you as a danger and an inconvenience. You never asked for this. You never wanted this.

And then suddenly someone offers you a way out and stability and love. And you take it because youre too far beyond humanity too care about anyone but yourself. And here is someone willing to justify you and share in your selfishness? Even if it means you play an unintentional part in the end of humanity?

Theyre just as intentional and well thought out as the rest of the ships in tma.

I am ill. I am tired. I am taking this weekend slowly so that I am hopefully less of both of those things by Monday.

(I mean it. The only podcast I have listened to in any depth is Magnus, which, in the loveliest way possible, feels a bit too meta and tied up with my work to be the escapism it was a few years back. But more of that kinda thing pls and thanks. ❤️)
