Reading the EULA of Secret of the mimic and not only are random words capitalized and game is often referred to as "GAME" rather than "THE GAME" and found this regarding anything being sent via email
Which answers my question about how terms will go moving forward since there have been numerous cases of companies taking ideas from others There's also stuff about you purchase a license not the product In other news cant wait to start the game :D I been waiting a while
