so... if anyones intrested in an hour+ long video essay about Max Goof from someone whos not drunk but really sounds like they are... here's you're heads up.

so yeah, I've been working on a video. it's taken me for ever just to finish the audio and it's gonna take even longer to do the visuals cus my hubris makes me want to draw the damn thing.

Actually it’s because Lemmy is the least evil and would rather become a circus clown. He’s dark type like his heart because he feels trapped in the family business

In Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition, every character has either one or two types, which consists of Wood, Fire, Water, Light and Dark. Out of these, "Dark" is the designated evil type, with characters like Bowser being Dark, and Dark skills having names like "Curse", "Grudge" etc.

Curiously, Lemmy is the only one of the Koopalings who is Dark-type, with the rest represented by other types. In addition, while the other Koopaling skills are named after elemental attacks ("Morton's Flame", "Wendy's Splash" etc.), Lemmy's skill is alarmingly named "Lemmy's Nightmare".

This may suggest that Lemmy somehow is more evil, or has the darkest personality of all the Koopalings.

Guys guys!!

Ya ever thought about how Goofy wears green in a goofy movie instead of orange (his usual colour)

It’s because orange and red (Max’s colour) are next to eachother on the wheel, cuz in goof troop max and goofy are close.

In a goofy movie they are failing to understand eachother so they’re wearing opposite colours (they couldn’t change Max’s colour because he was already redesigned and it’d make it harder to recognise him)

THEN in extremely goofy movie, what’s goofy wearing… (when he’s not dressed up)

Red! He’s still not wearing his own colour, instead he’s straight up wearing Max’s colour. Because he’s now TOO attached to max and relying on his relationship with his son.

Movies are cool man…

Not to get too real but it feels like it happens every time a male character is commonly head canoned as queer😬

Non conforming characters are cool but there’s a little bit of masculine queer men erasure I feel. It’s not black and white tho, masculine men are overlooked in the queer community but considered “normal gays” to outsiders. In terms of fandoms creating representation, I think we just need more balance.

I'm only mildly annoyed the only fan content I see with max is ship art where he's soft and cute and has riz when canonically his main character trait is being insecure lmao.. in every ship, he'd be the bottom.

(just incase it's misconstued, I aint making fun of bi head canons)
