Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onions. Mayonnaise optional. Mustard optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together ground beef, crumbled blue cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into small patties, slightly larger than the size of your slider buns. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Toast the slider buns lightly on the skillet or grill. Assemble the sliders by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente. After draining, set it aside to cool. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Put in the shrimp and cook for two to three minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Cooked pasta, shrimp, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and chopped parsley should all be put in a large salad bowl. For the dressing, mix the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Instructions: Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. These ingredients will make the marinade. Put the chicken cubes in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Then, pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Put the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the bag closed so that the flavors can mix. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Putting chicken cubes that have been marinated, bell peppers, red onion wedges, and zucchini slices on skewers one after the other. For extra flavor while grilling, brush the skewers with the rest of the marinade. Put the skewers on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over a few times, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has a nice char. If you want, you can serve the grilled chicken kabobs hot with fresh herbs on top.
