hi! I just started to do the sculpture and I have a question of copying plasticine sculpture. could you tell me more about this process? do you use silicone for shape and plaster for filling? or is there any other way?

Hi!

The mold is removed from the plasticine master model using silicone.

If the form of the work is too complex or thin, a plaster casing is made on top of the hardened silicone.

But I don't do casting myself, I give this job to the caster.
