Neil Perry has the worst handwriting you've ever seen –the kind of handwriting that you need to decipher like it's an ancient text– yet he shows it off with pride, getting annoyed when someone can't read a single word off his notes.

Todd Anderson has the best handwriting known to mankind –it's so neat and clean that it doesn't even look handwritten– yet he gets flustered everytime someone points it out, because to him it's not that big of a deal.

Neil Perry secretly keeps every piece of paper that has Todd's handwriting on (notes shared in class, reminders, lists, pieces of never finished poems... you name it. If it's written by Todd, it's stored in Neil's desk.)

Todd Anderson is one of the few people that can understand Neil's handwriting –nights spent doing homework togheter helped him learn– and everyone goes to him to translate those wiggly lines into actual words; from friends to teachers at some point they all knock on their door asking for Todd's help.
