Less than two years ago, I started playing Pokemon Violet.

And this is a shiny Pokemon that I caught on my very first day.

Ellie T. (left) is a gifted female Toad who is a dance student at the Mega Dance Academy. Her parents have bustling occupations: her mother is a generational farmer at the acreage she lives on the outskirts of the Mushroom Kingdom, and her father works in law enforcement in the city. While her mother fears that she would break the generation cycle for a potential career in dance, Ellie often helps her out around the farmlands to ensure she would not abandon her. Her natural ability is seeing through the inside thoughts of others, so that when they speak up about doing something, she often points them to the right direction. Since meeting Toadbella at the dance academy, she became a gradual growing fan of her and shows distrust towards the academy’s owner, who holds a grudge against Toadbella. Meeting Toadbella was one thing, but after meeting Toadbella-protégé Lilly, the all-rounder Ellie never looks back nor gives up in the world of dance!

Lilly T. (right) is a gifted female Toad who is a new dance student at the Mega Dance Academy. She started dancing before turning 12 months old. She has a loving family of her mother, stepfather, and older sister, who they live together while operating a gymnastics business in Mushroom City. The older sister wants Lilly to become a gymnastic athlete and then become a coach just like her, which hinders Lilly’s love for dance. Lilly’s natural ability is being continuously silly, and her silliness can lead to lots of positive surprises! She has been a fan of Toadbella since her first ShroomTube video and her first dance performance in Mushroom City and tries to dress up like her. Lilly shows a very strong interest in fashion, especially in dance wear. Since meeting Toadbella, Lilly is so excited about becoming one with the world of dance, and with Ellie by her side, the stage is her world!

She met Jana and Marley from day one and is a member of Jana’s “Dance Toad Trio” that fail to impress talent agents due to their difference in dance types or circumstances beyond the audition’s control. Her natural ability allows her to lift incredibly heavy objects with ease, and can break through the hardest of rocks and steel. While she can easily get uncomfortable near strangers and can open up to those she can trust, she also has a love for animals since she has a pet white Poochy named Snowy which she spends time playing with and looking after. Following her reconnection with Toadbella, Crystal is surely ready to embrace all her friendships towards a new chapter!

Marley T. is a friendly, gifted female Toad that loves to eat and cook. Her family runs a café inside Mushroom City. She teamed up with Jana and Crystal to form the “Dance Toad Trio,” but fail to impress due to the differences in dance styles or unlucky circumstances. Her natural ability is that she is resistant to getting hurt and can send shockwaves when she ground pounds. Her yellow baggy pants can store many items inside; this can make her look obese, but she’s not. After reconnecting with Toadbella, Marley is thrilled to continue her friendship with Toadbella and the other trio members into the great beyond!
