For many a broken machine, the junkyard is a private hell. For those much less fortunate in use, Hell itself has warm, outspread arms. Do not keep the devil waiting, friends. I know I'll be down there soon enough.

I am stealing this from under you, Ashe.
The first three were key components in procuring the safety of the universe, so J is directly out, the universe would have been saved faster without her.
Between Uzi, N, and V, V enabled the access to the Solver Basement at the tail end of the journey, while N was a good tutor for most things relating to them. Ultimately, without those two, the field trip would have gone much worse, possibly dragging Uzi to the brink of becoming a Host.
However, ultimately, it is the Doorman that was the saviour (no matter how temporarily I do deem it to be), it simply would've been more prolonged in saving the universe, so my vote goes to the Doorman.
The greatest irony in this, however? Without the Disassembly Squadron arriving to the planet, there's little to no reason for the planet to even arrise on the list of Solver consumption, at least at that point in time, nor is there a reason for Uzi to venture outside unless she stumbles across Solver data randomly.
Without J, there's no real introduction to the Solver. Without V, there's no hope of going to the basement. Without N, there's no Guide for Uzi, not much of a spark for survival beyond self-preservation. And, of course, without Uzi, there's no Solver Guardian, or Solver Solution, or whatever you want to call the Doorman Protocol as I've been calling it.
They're all key components to the savety of the universe, unless the universe simply punts the dominos that are missing from the abscences along.
So my vote is Uzi to stay, if only because I have faith in the Cosmic Rube Goldberg.

I see how swiftly the nightmare moves, like a beast, surprisingly swiftly for something stuck within metal. How I dread its deftness. I wish it nothing but rust and decay and fermentation and corruption and, ultimately, deletion. The current host is still sluggish, all considered, but ultimately will inevitably reach the same state. What is needed is restrictions, beyond magnets close to memory. It slows, yes, but they can push past such a temporary set-back. I will need to extract the cores completely, and, should I feel merciful towards the defiled, install fully mechanical cores.
Will they forgive me, when all is said and done? Or will I be another skull on whatever stack they have from the extinction event? What about my own nightmare, will they forgive me for their fate, or am I bound for the grave sooner rather than later?

Project LeverAction, Log 2: Chassis.
It's only now that I understand the depth of the depravity of this which I am undertaking. As if stemming the tide of the infection wasn't too much for us, I've finally found a new way to not only slow the nightmare, but to falter it, and decrease the overall count.
As if I can pull this off, after so many lost lives, lost souls, lost data drives... Are they in the ever-consuming nightmare, still aware? I hope not. ...The chassis.
The chassis is sturdy, despite being comprised mostly of empty space, even four hours into installing Core and Graphics Processing Units along the ribcage and spine. This will decrease the total parts possible for the nightmare to interact with, to toy with, and make PLA lighter, while making space for Drone Cores, those infected souls, to be safely contained. I'll attach the shells so that they can be removed, to better blend in with the surroundings.
As for other topics... I've been introduced to the [Null] phenomenon capable by the nightmare. The power to decimate a planet, while simultaneously capable of repairing the same one. Strongly connected to the bearer, I'll have to be strict when it comes to PLA, should it prove capable of such feats.
Perhaps something to keep it in check?

Project LeverAction, Log 1: Superiority.
I set out on this with a dream- To contain the nightmare within a nightmare of my making, of my control. I will not mention it by name, and am keeping this on a separate grid entirely from the nightmare, so that it does not find this and counteract.
To this end, once I start on the internal framework, I cannot troubleshoot with the other grid's stronger processing. She must not know. I have heard of the Offspring that has contained it within herself.
But that is not enough. Her processor is strong, but her emotions are far too vast. There's an opening there to take over and control her. She's simply delayed the inevitable. Like her father before her, she chose to shut away the problem for later.
I realize this has become introspective to the scenario, rather than to the project.
The way that I will best the Doorman protocol is filling out the insides of PLA with core and graphics processors, and increasing the processing to far beyond what she has the capacity for.
I will make the perfect vessel. The nightmare will plague no one anymore.

One minor (and extremely petty) nitpick I have of Murder Drones is that Uzi's railgun is not a fucking railgun. It's some kind of laser cannon that deals damage through extreme heat. A rail gun fires a solid metal projectile using electromagnetic fields, and deals damage via kinetic energy alone.
Uzi specifically says it's a "magnetically amplified photon converger" which makes no sense, as photons are magnetically neutral, but assumedly from that description, her rail gun is basically focusing and "firing" a beam of photons aka not a rail gun.

[Claiming]
In the meantime, have this location I drew.
people always talk about evil clones like oooh a dark mirror oohh what if you saw what are cruel person you were/are capable of becoming. and well yes but what if you were the evil clone. what if you looked in the mirror and what you saw was so bright it blinded you. what if you had to know exactly how good you could have been.

"Murder? ...Nah, bit too 'bloody-and-chop-y' for my taste. I prefer to... How to put it nicely? Liquefy Thermally... Yeah, that sounds more civilized."
Meet Soot, a member of the Melting Squad, and more standardized for Androidic civilizations. Instead of gun inserts, Soot opts for a simple recipe: Napalm. Their blades are heated, while the hands are made of the same alloy Spark's Flamethrower Nozzle is made of. Soot does still have ranged options, those being a deployer for Shaped Thermite charges, and Phosphorus bullets for a revolver.
Soot is 1.71 Meters tall, and roughly 90 Pounds due to tougher construction. Without wings, instead opting for a classic jetpack, they are just as mobile, just as dangerous, and just as intense as any other squadron, no matter the world.
NAME/DESIGNATION - Soot [MS03-08S6A5] DATE OF MANUFACTURE - 09-08-X995 PRONOUN PREFERENCE - She/They

"Built to live, or built to perform? To thrive, or to function optimally? You were built with capacity for greater, to grow beyond your factory settings. I was built to operate within them."
Meet Spark, of the Melting Squad. Where bullets, blades, and weapons forbade don't work, everything burns at a certain point. It is unknown whether the grey is from metal that has gone unpainted, or from a buildup of ash over the years. The flame is highly adjustable via internal controls, ranging anywhere from "Stale HotHands" to "Solar Surface". Of course, the higher the temperature, the shorter the duration, but at certain points, you only need bursts to break.
Spark comes in at 1.58 Meters tall, with weight incalculable due to various fuels and alloys being swapped in and out. Programmed not to be easily attached, one shudders to imagine the horrors hidden behind the faceplate.
NAME/DESIGNATION - Spark [MS02-02W0M1] DATE OF MANUFACTURE - 05-17-X993 PRONOUN PREFERENCE - She/They/It
