PSA Regarding Hateful Anons

Tumblr recently made it a requirement for you to be logged in to send asks anonymously. If you receive a hateful ask, don’t publish it - report it to Tumblr. It can be traced back to the user that sent it and with enough reports that person’s account will be suspended.

Share to raise awareness but also to make the clowns who think this behaviour is acceptable think twice before acting brave behind the guise of invisibility.

Finally. It’s break off of base for a while and you have some free time to keep to yourself and relax. Well wrong. nothing ever goes to plan in your life and your peaceful relaxed break became a drama and a shambles.

Your uber has dropped you off at your small apartment. you wave them goodbye like the kind girl you are and rustle your many keys out your pocket and after your fumbling you eventually get your house key. you step inside and sigh of relief that your home and you can actually get a proper sleep in a proper bed (since military beds are shit..) you kick off your shittu heavy boots and hang up your coat and fling yourself on the couch happily and as you grab your remote and switch on netflix to your favourite show your yet to finish a desperate knock is at your door. you sigh and stand up and open the door in annoyance.

“who is it- Simon?”

you said audibly confused as u raise a eyebrow at his desperation to talk to you about something he finds clearly important.

“what do you need?”

you asked once more and he walked straight in the door pushing past ur arm which caught you off guard and he stood in your hallway.

“is it true..?”

ghost croaked out his slight nervous state and also interested.

“is what true?!”

you said in a raised tone and shut the front door leaning against it as you looked at ghost with a raised eyebrow with ur patience running low.

“is it true..that..

he paused and sighed.

the rumour that your a..a ‘dancer’”

ghost finally got out and your stomach dropped in confusion and panic.

“what?! who told you that!! and what do you mean ‘dancer’ specifically..”

Ghost gulped and stayed silent for a moment and then spoke again.

“i’m your LT and i deserve to know this.. but are you..a stripper? for part time out of base..?”

you froze in fear and all that ran through your head was ‘how does he know?’ and ‘who told him? i didn’t tell anyone about that..’ you then eventually gave in and said the truth.

“yeah..i didn’t want base to find out!! don’t drop me off the team..please?”

Ghost sighed he looked like he didn’t care so much until..

“guess i know what to buy you for christmas then huh?”

you chuckled and blushed a tiny bit at his acceptance and inspiration for you.

“i guess? i’m a size 12 in lingerie if your serious.”

You said in a flirty way that caught ghost off guard and he laughed at it.

“hm. i’ll put it into consideration..if you tell me your club name? i could even get a private dance, huh?”

Ghost said and your face went pink and you giggled at him.

I hope you're doing as well as you can, considering school can be a necessary but consuming vortex.

If you haven't been able to post or write ,don't pressure yourself more to put something out or come up with ideas. Life is rough as is without you finding your creativity like a chore or worse, getting burn out from the thing you possibly enjoy.

Take care of yourself the way you would a beloved mutual or friend, you deserve that. All the best with real life Angel.
