This will be my plan for this week, but the exercise will only be from Monday-Wednesday since I usually lead a pretty inactive life style so I’ll probably not be able to power through the week, my diet will be the same all week round I will make a huge batch of the cucumber salad on Monday and equally divide it for the rest of the day (261.82 cals is gonna be for all my meals of the day since a cucumber salad is relatively low cal)

Anyone has tips? 😭 I get really cranky upset and even angry when I’m hungry, I’m usually a really chill person who barely gets angry but once I’m hungry my fatass gets really upset for some reason 😭 like stfu bro you have enough fats to last years why are you upset??

Guys genuine question I eat so little and I’m chubby so shouldn’t I be burning a lot of this off at a faster pace? Why am I seeing so progress even when I starve??
