Sam would have loved the chance to see Frodo grow old.

To see his brown hair begin to gray and then turn gray, to see how wrinkles began to take over his chubby face (and if Sam was very lucky, some of his wrinkles would be the permanent mark that Frodo was able to laugh and smile as much as he wanted).

Not only because Frodo's aging meant that he continued to live but also because it meant that he was no longer under the influence of the ring, which stopped keeping him under its evil control and allowed Frodo to continue living as a simple hobbit, alongside him.

it’s “we need more ptsd rep!!!” until it’s atsushi nakajima.

i’ve seen so many takes where people have called his flashbacks annoying or repetitive and it makes me SO UPSET. it’s almost like he’s severely traumatized, what did you expect???

i personally think he and the portrayal of his trauma were written extremely well, considering ptsd can be a constant thing.

anyway i love atsushi and he deserves all the love and happiness in the world 😁
