i am not opposed to chase/foreman as a concept, it's just that I feel like they would be WAY less fluffy than fandom sees them to be. like a hate sex situation. they don't really respect one another much, they don't like eachoter and are antagonistic against one another (that is not to say that they never get along or don't care about eachoter at all, but y'know, they're not really friends)

people who hate on Amber from House MD simply are incapable of understanding the point of her character. She is literally high-functioning female House. “but I ship Hilson!” Then you should LOVE HER my dude! She is literally concrete proof that Wilson’s type is House. Even House picked up on that. She is legitimately the most obvious piece of evidence that Hilson would in fact work.

chase being house's least favourite duckling (at first) is much funnier than him being his favourite. like if the OG ducklings were house's kids (i don't see them as his kids much but bear with me) foreman would be his favourite (about whom he would lowkey brag to people about how proud he is of him), cameron would be his second favourite (who he's slightly nicer to and treats a tad bit more gently than the boys) and chase would be the kid he forgets at the supermarket or to pick up from school lmao
