An illustrated poem I wrote for the jumping spider that rode on my windshield on my way to work. He did not hang on for the duration and I like to imagine he fashioned himself a parachute of silk, landing safely and building a new home.

𝕸𝖔𝖉𝖊𝖗𝖓 𝕮𝖆𝖗𝖆𝖕𝖆𝖈𝖊: "O Bounty Of Thy Ribs" is a comic about a park ranger named Esther who pilots the mecha Tarantula Hawk, keeping tabs on the Ribs, arid home to a subterranean species of massive insect called Armacada, and must protect them from marauders. Read it!

I think it’s okay to post this now? been holding onto it for a while. I did this for The Protocol Pages, a Star Wars droid zine, and I got selected to do a pit droid; one of my favorites. Also used the opportunity to draw a big rock I saw in South Dakota. Really fond of this piece!

Pokémon Wilderness Project (2021-2023)

Inspired by going for runs in the spring and summer, playing Pokemon Go as I went. Really just enamored with the idea of encountering Pokemon but leaving them be. At some point I'm going to do more of these (most of which were drawn on Post-it notes) and collect them in a book.
