I'm working on getting a custom wheelchair atm, I use a secondhand-custom right now. My current chair is too big for me and has a basically negative dump D: plus the back is way too high.

Does anyone have any experience in making your doctor actually refer you to OT for an evaluation? Should I call OT myself? My insurance needs to cover it or else I can't afford it so I have to go through all the hoops but I really can't go much longer with my current chair. My doctor was open to sending me to OT but that was a month ago and even though I've been calling his office I've made no progress

My name is James, and I’m working on Vol1 of a zine series about the experiences of queer (and trans specifically) people under Mormonism.

I WANT TO INTERVIEW YOU!

It’s important to me that our stories are archived and in print. I’m aiming for one or two interviews per volume, along with written and visual art contributions from other queer people affected by religion.

I am uniquely passionate about the trans experience under Mormonism, as an exmormon trans person living in Utah. Our stories are complicated, harrowing, and often, i feel, lead us to have very unique and wise perspectives.

I am looking for EXMORMON TRANS PEOPLE! I want to interview you for a zine publication! I want your story out there! I am based in Utah and I don’t want the church to be able to deny our experiences, so I want them in print.
