Every Friday lunchtime in Brighton, there’s a @streetdiner market with indie stalls lined up in rows. Plenty of veggie and vegan food on offer, and today I’ve been happy to discover the vegan company @earthlings_edibles. Had an astonishingly good vegan roast dinner at @foundrybrighton, courtesy of spectacular local chefs @twowolveskitchen. These pictures can only begin to do justice to the wonderful three-course, 10-dish vegan tapas feast conjured up by @twowolveskitchen at @foundrybrighton!
