Nice to meat you! [Part V] A making of the music video "Idylle au Saxifrage" @traitrecalin . (1) First trie with the dynamic paint set on waves, interacting with the body in motion. (2-3) First tries for lights and room setup. (4) First render for the face animation, all keyframed. (5) First render for the full body animation. Motion capture of the body was made with @plask.ai , the hands and face are all keyframed. For the final result seen in the music video, I had to stabilize the feet positions, and I added some drivers to the head so it tracks the camera. (6) First full render, low quality, to have a first look with all the elements (to be refined!) (7) At this point I essentially worked on the camera movement. (1-3) Next steps, I played with clothes and fluids (using the addon @flip.fluids ) to create a plastic wrapped wall filled with blood. The plastic is then cut to let emerge the blood. From the top view of the scene (which you never see in the final video) it draws a saxifrage! First thing I did was to make the meat shader/geonode, all with the new procedural system @blender.official tool offers. . Then I tried some effect on a head, then body, made with MakeHuman. Some where used for other parts of the video, like the #cellfracture (5). Some were fun but didn't fit into the video (8).
