My husband, my daughter, my mother-in-law, and my uncle and I lived in a house before it was bombed.

We were happy until the war broke out.

The war on Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

Here, hell began for us in Gaza. We lost our home and became homeless. My husband had nothing, and I had nothing.

My husband, his family, and I were displaced to the southern Gaza Strip for 15 months. I didn't go with her. Those were months of longing for my mother and brothers who were in northern Gaza.

My brothers Ahmed and Abdullah remained in the northern Gaza Strip. We were displaced several times because I live in Rafah, a border area close to the army.

During our displacement, we left the house and ran down the road to escape the shells and planes. Then came the thunderbolt. The shock was that death was faster than my brothers could escape... Here, here, we lost our loved ones. I lost my brothers, the apple of my eye, Ahmed. Ahmed left no children. And my mother is in pain because they departed to God without saying goodbye, without a kiss on their foreheads, a farewell kiss. After a while, we returned home. The house was severely damaged by demolition and the falling of stones from their places, which sheltered and protected us. Now, nothing protects us except some worn-out candles that do not protect us from the heat of summer or the cold of winter. Our suffering is great, but with your help, we may reach a better and more dignified life. I appeal to you to help me support myself, my mother, my loved ones, and my family. What you provide makes a difference in our lives as individuals. We live in a world that has forgotten the meaning of humanity and giving. May God bless you all. Please help me help my family. TIMMY/TIMOTHY HEADCANONS/THEORIES PT. 2

Theme Analysis

Themes as in theme songs that play during their routes (credits to Garrett Williamson, lead music director in the game)

Also, I'm not an expert at music theory, this is all just an analysis of what I feel when listening to the themes

Introducing...

Unnecessarily Over-analysing Timothy and Timmy's themes

So Timothy's theme is called "On Schedule," a perfect name for a core value of his (punctuality). His other personality, Timmy, has a theme with the name "Nyan Schedule" which is a silly tune for the silly catboy.

"On Schedule"

(intro)

Begins with a classic clock chime with ticking sounds of a clock for a few seconds. The music then has a short sound effect that sounds like a time reverse that pushes it into this first section of the theme.

(First part)

The theme's rhythm is strongly defined with that ticking and after every two bars, there's a drum beat and staccato (?) of some lower strings that carry the rhythm back to the first beat.

It has a rhythm very similar to a march (Conforming, strict and steady).

Even though the rhythm is very steady and encourages conformity, there are many different sounds in this section of the song, including an alarm clock ringing, a triangle being hit, a guiro being scratched, the main melody being played by a cute synth that eventually gets accompanied by a sort of woodwind, and other various percussions that sound all sorts of different than the ticking clock.

All these sounds, seemingly busy, still conform to the ticking clock/marching beat. It gives a visual somewhat like a factory (just like a clock). Many different things happening, many gears turning at once, but still in an orderly fashion.

This is can be related to the many things Timothy needs to do. He juggles them all and somehow keeps it all conformed in his schedule. Just like the many sounds in this first section of the theme. But interestingly, this section only takes up about less than a quarter of the theme. It ends to go to the next section with a quick little piano improvisation. (Which is something that isn't exactly conforming in the strict rhythm!)

(Second part)

Starting distinctly with the ringing of the alarm clock, the second part opens with a happy, sort of ragtime-y melody. The rhythm of the ticking clock is kept but the theme seems to go for a different take on the rhythm. More of a ragtime rhythm this time. It's much less steady and conforming than the marching rhythm in the first part.

This rhythm shift makes the ticking sound of the clock less of a dictator of the rhythm but more like a metronome to be drowned out by the improvisation of the piano and woodwinds in the melody.

Something else interesting is that some of the sounds from the first part (like the alarm clock ringing) aren't used anymore. Instead, it uses more of the musical sounds (like the guiro and triangle).

The ragtime melody and rhythm makes one visualise more of a silly/cute little ragtime cabaret show, quite the contrast to the steady marching rhythm of the first part.

The ragtime and improvisation could probably be telling of Timothy's other side of himself. And according to how much of his theme this ragtime section takes up, it also could hint out that Timothy truly likes (or maybe secretly prefers) being spontaneous and playful just like the ragtime tune, despite always saying he cares most about being punctual and extra careful about his time and schedule.

His love ending is also relevant to this.

(To add more context, in Timothy's love ending, he decides to alter his schedule and move his work to the evening so he can spend more time with the MC..

He even says something along the lines of "I never knew a break from the schedule would be so... intoxicating." It shows that he does enjoy being more playful and less serious about his time just like his theme hints out.)

I want to say this section of the theme goes on for a while before it ends with that classic chime of the clock and carries on the the "bridge" of the song.

(Bridge (third part))

The melody becomes a little slower and the chords shift, making this part feel a little more emotional than the jaunty, quick tune in the previous part. It leans more to jazzy feel and ultimately sounds very sweet but also thoughtful. The bridge then cascades back into the ragtime melody.

The theme ultimately ends with a single beat, stopping the theme with two final ticks of the clock. Just like in many ragtime pieces, it ends quite quickly.

"Nyan Schedule"

Now, Timmy's theme (Nyan Schedule) shares a leitmotif with the ragtime melody of On Schedule but it seems like it was made with a lot less effort. This makes sense because Timmy is portrayed to be the lazier, more careless version of Timothy.

The rhythm of this theme is not only much slower than On Schedule but it's also a lot less steady. It misses beats and sounds quite sleepy. The fact that the theme is made with only one instrument also contributes to the lazy and sleepy feel.

Surprisingly, the theme ends with a much more steady (and perfect) rhythm with no melody. This might be to reference Timothy.

Extra info for peeps who actually want to know more (Some info might change lol):

• "Callen Darnell" is funny because it sounds like calendar.

• Cal would be like a secretary for the human. She writes down plans for them and reminds them about special occasions like Valentine's or the human's friends' birthdays.

• Cal would be good friends with Timothy, helping him plan out his schedule and keep track of the days when he's busy with tracking time. They often have to help Timothy calm his nerves when things go out of hand. They're always there to help.

She has unspoken feelings for Timothy that she tries to write off as compassion for her dear friend. She doesn't reveal them, as she thinks it might be bad to date both him and Timmy at the same time.

• As stated before, Cal might have a romantic relationship with Timmy, who likes to cheekily convince Cal to deviate from Timothy's schedule and spend some time (cuddle time, intimate time or just hanging out) with him. He brings out Cal's wilder and fun side that contrasts to their elegance when they're with Timothy. They also enjoy cuddling with Timmy to calm him down before they both sleep.

Timothy doesn't know all this. Yet.

• Cal's S.P.E.C.S element thingy would be Poise because they are elegant, polite and straightforward. They also are very firm and serious. I also chose this personality because of that feeling when you look at a calendar or clock and it just sits there quietly and unbothered while you read the date and then panic about forgetting to do something on that day. The mental image is funny.

Timothy/Timmy Headcanons and Theories!!!!!

Origins

(I'm calling Timmy and Timothy as "they" when I want to refer to them both as a whole)

The Tims are based off of this certain wall clock first created in 1932. This picture below is of an older model, which one can tell from the lack of four paws and no bowtie (this is a similar model we see in the Date Everything kitchen).

To have this clock in their house, the main character would've either bought this from an antique shop (unlikely, since they haven't shown too much interest in buying/displaying older furniture) or more likely, obtained the clock from their parents or grandparents.

I believe that the Tims are likely a hand-me-down, just like Keyes. This would also probably mean they're quite old. (Especially if they're an older model)

If the Tims are one of the older models, that would mean they would be one that was manufactured somewhere in the 30s to the early 50s... and if Date Everything takes place in the year of its release (2025)... that would mean the Tims are...

AROUND 70-92 YEARS OLD!

Their oldest possible age might only be 20 years younger than Keith!

But wait... why do they look no older than some of the newer objects like Mateo or Mac? As we know Keith's object is 114 years old and his body also ages similarly.

Maybe a certain design element of the Tims might explain this..

Bowties.

As one might know, bowties were an accessory that wasn't added to the cat clock until the newer models of presumably the late 1950s until the 80s (the clock got its name "Kit-Cat Klock" in 1982). This is an interesting choice considering the model of clock in the kitchen is an older model.

Is this because the bowtie adds that much personality to the dapper clock and was just added there despite being inaccurate to their original object? Maybe. Or could it hint them being a newer model from the modern days? This doesn't make much sense. What about the other clocks in the house? They're all different models, yet are the same character.

Now hold on... Let's look at another character who should be old like their object but look like they haven't aged.

Bodhi is a time capsule that was hidden in the crawlspace from all the way in the 80s. This probably makes him in his 50s. But he looks like he's still in his prime. Rad, tubular and pumped up!!

I think this is a similar situation to the Tims.

Since Bodhi is a time capsule, he's become much more than just a little box with items in it. He becomes a CONCEPT. An EMBODIMENT of a past time.

Now, if we look at the other clocks in the Date Everything... They're all different clocks.

The Tims aren't limited to one object. I believe they are a CONCEPT. An EMBODIMENT. Just like Bodhi (and Memoria perhaps).

The Tims are not just one tangible clock, they're an embodiment of time itself. Because they don't seem to age like other old objects in the house.

Timothy has even referred to himself as "time" itself.

Something else is they're not only clock but also cat. There is a cat feature in every clock in the house. No matter what model the clock is, wherever it is in the house... Quartz, digital, mechanical, it's always going to be them. The cat part (Timmy) and also the clock part (Timothy). Because this specific house has this specific embodiment of time (the Tims).

Perhaps in each house there are/is a specific embodiment(s)of time. No matter the different clocks in one house, they're all one embodiment of time. In this house, it's the Tims.

Hello 🙋

My name is Ahmed, I’m 20 years old, and I’m from Gaza City. I used to dream of a peaceful life, completing my education, and getting a job, but the war has turned that dream into something impossible 💔😭. We lived through this massacre in every painful detail, and we are still in pain 😔.
