Can you work with dragons without necessarily worshipping them or is that a requirement? Also, can you still do Draconic witchcraft if you worship other deities? And do you have some book recommendations that would suit well with Traditional witchcraft? Thanks for responding.
It depends who you talk to. Some people will say to HAVE to worship them out of respect, but as long as you are respectful and are on your toes, I wouldnt worry too much. I see it similar to someone using a diety for a specific purpose without necessarily worshiping them completely. You can definitely use draconic energy. I have another post about book references I will dig up.

Would you recommend the Dj Conoway books? I'm still a beginner witch and have heard that the books are either good but to be taken with a grain of salt, or are more or less full of shit. Are there any books you would recommend?
I have to agree completely. Theres a lot of fluff in there, and you'll know what we all mean when you read them. I wouldnt avoid them completely, as there is some information that can be useful to your own craft. Just be weary, because i noticed sheblikes to TELL the reader EXACTLY what will happen and what to do. Your craft is YOUR craft. As for other books, there is a grimoire titled "Sea Land Sky" by Parker J. Torrence that you might find useful. "Dragons" by Diana Cooper is another that focuses on guardian dragons.

Take those who describe groups of people with absolutes and educate them on why they are so very wrong.
No group of anything or anyone can be described by one word or phrase. There are and will always be, infinite possibilities.

Where there is Chaos, there is Order. The two cannot exist without the other.
This was an important lesson I learned from hastiliy contacting a choas dragon spirit in regards to all the... chaos that has been happening in my life. Ballsy, but sometimes they're not a scary as they're made out to be.

Now Look What You’ve Gotten Yourself Into - A Return-to-Sender Curse Protection Jar
This jar recipe is designed to intercept any negative energy sent by someone, detect who it’s from, and then send it back with a few extras.
What You’ll Need:
One small jar
2 parts salt
1 part dried minced onions
1 part garlic powder
1 part black pepper (ground or not; it works either way)
1 part chili pepper flakes
1 part cinnamon
Begin by pouring in one part salt. Acknowledge that this is to protect you, and act as one of the walls to trap incoming energy.
Add the dried minced onions, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and cinnamon. Top with the second part of salt to act as the final barrier for any curse energy that finds its way to you.
The correspondences for the ingredients are listed below for this spell:
Minced onions - for them to cry the tears their curse might have caused (when cutting a fresh onion, sometimes people tear up due to irritation of the eyes)
Garlic powder - to throw them off and disorient their sense of where they are and why they have failed (garlic powder often causes me to cough and have a hard time breathing if it gets into my lungs while I cook)
Black pepper - to irritate their thoughts and cause trouble in their life. It also acts as a stripping agent by cleansing away any facades placed on the curse they sent so that your jar can see who it was from.
Chili pepper flakes - to sting their pride and further bring them bad luck and misfortune.
Cinnamon - to boost the affects of this spell, and speed the return-to-sender portion of it up, sending the energy away quicker.
Salt - to protect you, and trap the curse energy I side the jar before it is sent back.
Tap the jar as many times as you like after screwing on the lid. This helps it “settle in” to the energy around you, thus becoming more discrete and unsuspected.
Place somewhere in your home to catch the energy. To check if anything new has been found and sent away, you can either feel its energy change, or do divination to get a direct answer that way.

Breaking a Curse
Sooooo you’re not sure what’s going on in your life but you think you could be cursed? Luckily you have several options!
1. Burn a bay leaf at dawn and again at sunset. Allow the smoke to waft over you and when the leaves have finished smoldering scatter them in the wind.
2. Burn black salt. I personally like to write a small incantation on a slip of paper and use it to light the salt letting it all burn together.
3. Natural water. Enter a lake, stream, river, or other naturally occurring body of water. Water is extremely conductive and can easily carry away most curses or ill intent sent your way.
4. Take a bath with epsom salt and curse breaking herbs bay leaves, fennel, jasmine, sage, and nettles are all soild choices.
5. Clean your house with curse breaking herbs. Mop the floors, clean the windows, wash the doors paying attention to the threshold and when you’re finished throw the mop water out the back door.
These are a few of my personal favorites as far as beginner curse breaking in concerned! These aren’t for everyone and I caution you to take heed and practice with care!

Pretty sure ive been cursed
Im an artist, and I go to craft fairs occassionally. This one was... so bad, I actually lost money. I had one sale and an item stolen when I went to the bathroom. Ive done craft fairs before and havent made great profit.. but this one was different. It was located in a yoga studio and the energy there condlicted so badly with mine, I actually feel cursed. I had to scrub myself so badly after it, set up a bunch of prosperity spells and just fucking damn.
Any other draconic witches, or any witch really, have such an experience before? That was actually terrifying to me.
