So sorry for not posing for so long lmao. Things have been a little stressful.
Anyways I hit 55kg
Also found the best thing for a pasta craving; buckwheat pasta. Literally can’t taste a difference from regular one and a little bowl of 40 grams keeps me full for HOURS.

Why eating healthy foods is important
Obviously it is important but this one goes to all the junkorexics. I’ve been there and truly I just wanna share some tips and experiences that made me realise how much better it is for me nowadays.
1. Fruits and veggies are obviously healthier than junk. No need to say that. BUT not only are they so much healthier, it also helps with the regular like… m$lnutriti0n issues. My hair hasn’t been falling or looking dull, my skin isn’t dull and is actually glowing, I feel full, my blood pressure is normal, my blood work is also normal, even while clearly severely under-€ating. Besides I’m also so much much more energised than while I was under eating on junk + I don’t binge anymore. (Just sometimes but even then I don’t binge like 674848 cal in one sitting but only like a bowl of pasta and Ice cream) + I don’t even crave unhealthy foods anymore.
2. If you don’t like fruits or veggies, there’s always gonna be a way to prepare them to have them taste SO much better. Just try yourselves out really. One of my fav recipes (even though I thoroughly enjoy fruits) is popping a cut apple into the oven with some cinnamon and zero cal sweetener (optional some lemon juice) and eating that. It’s so so good and keeps me full for HOURS.
3. Junk foods are actually something called “predigested food”. Basically what fabricants do is split real food down to their molecular structure and then put them back together into the desired thing with oils and sugars (there’s a YouTube video on this by Kiana docherty that goes more into detail)
But basically those foods cause a huge glucose spike and then drop, are easy to digest meaning after an hour or two you’ll be hungry again and obviously cause some other very risky problems. But I feel like many don’t know this part of ultra processed foods and just know that they’re not healthy.
4. The glucose issues.
Glucose spikes are an issue, high blood sugar and the sugar crash can happen even with regular real foods that are high in natural sugar contents, even if they make you feel fuller for longer. One thing you can do to reduce and prevent that; adding a table spoon of vinegar to some water and drinking that before or after eating something that is high in carbs or sugars (meaning even if you wanna stay a junkorexic this might help with cravings and binges). It significantly reduces the spike and crash, making you satiated for longer. Also a thing that helps tremendously; drinking green tea on an empty stomach in the morning. But you have to prepare it right, meaning 70 degrees C is the Max heat you’ll need to brew it
5. And the last point; FIBER!
Fiber should be an $na girlie’s best friend. It feeds your gut microbiome, helps you p00p so the constipation issues don’t happen as often, keeps you satiated for HOURS on end and is extremely good for antioxidant properties.
Perhaps maybe this might’ve convinced you to go and take the other route :)

The thing with my €d experience is that truly (no matter how fucking delusional it might sound)
I HAVE been happier for the vast majority of time loosing weight.
Partly I think it’s because I focus SO MUCH MORE on eating healthier, fruits and veggies all that good stuff, moving my body regularly. Things like that. And also a huge plus point; I grew up as a fat kid, in my teens I hated wearing feminine clothing because I didn’t feel like I could. Now that I have lost weight (like 15kg) I can walk into a clothing store (usually the thrift cus your girl be poor) and always walk out with something that I like because it fits me.
In general I feel like
$na in the long run, pulled me out of my depression.

Truly the difference between my grandma and her daughter (my mom) is their reaction to me loosing weight.
My grandma worries sometimes and my mom who has been giving me my €d since childhood enjoys it.
LIKE OF COURSE MOM. OF COURSE I ENJOY STAYING WITH GRANDMA MORE!!!!
Also I lost 2,3kg :)))))
I’m so happy because i haven’t been under 60kg for like the majority of my life.!!!!!

I absolutely adore my grandma. She understands that I don’t enjoy high fat dairy products (not only cus of my €D but in general I never liked it much) and every time I visit her she buys me super low fat geramont Camembert or other low fat diet dairy condiments.
Like to be loved is to be seen ig.
Love her.

I’ve had my physics oral exam yesterday. (More so prep work)
Went great but the issue was, that I knew too much that I didn’t HAVE to know.
Like
My topic is atom physics and I didn’t need to know anything about beta plus radiation or anything artificial radiation and how to it’s created, related.
Like
STFU I was punished for knowing TOO much.
Anyways I’m preparing some baked feta tomato sauce and pasta.
Literally my fav hack is letting pasta cool for 12 hours at least so I don’t get a glucose spike and a food that usually can make me binge really fast, doesn’t anymore.

One of the best things about getting skinny is being able to go to yard sales, thrift stores and gift stores and know you’ll find something cute because it’ll fit you

Yesterday I went grocery shopping AGAIN with my granny, got a bunch of veggies and fruits and some zero sugar strawberry jam. Love life.
Also my current obsession are whole grain English muffins or toasties. They’re low cal AND one keeps me full for HOURSSSS it’s crazy.
But anyways today I need to prepare my physics oral exam… ugh
I don’t wanna but graduation calls
