, the painter of Ramon Llull words, set up the second #alphabet composed by 19 symbols: - 7 symbols are representing the CHAKRAS according to oriental culture and represent the spiritual values. - 12 zodiacal symbols from occidental astrology, representing material values. Joan is happy to announce that the “Gold Series” has been sold to a private art investor, mad about Ramon Llull. Ramon Llull, source of #inspiration for Joan, was very representative when trying to solve the real problem of the horoscope interpretation. It has an undoubtable interest for the history of Astrology. Llul was most probably one of the most followed influencers in his time. My #professor and #mentor Cesar López Osornio. He left us on the 13th Feb 2015. He always followed the precept that "art and life are not finished and perfect creations but a continuous searching and learning process." No se ciñe a una línea rígida, lo que en cierto modo lo emparenta con las experiencias del Groupe de Recherche d’ Art Visuel conformado en París por, precisamente, importantes artistas argentinos que buscaban, entre otros conceptos, “la profundidad de la expresión, la permanencia de la imagen para que el observador no se detuviera en lo ilusorio sino en la emoción”. En la obra de López Osornio hay transparencias, severidad, concentración: la línea es trazada con pincel, una gradación cromática sutil hasta llegar a la reverberación, como por caso la serie de los “Soles”, realizada en distintas épocas y lugares. Este artista denota también el gesto –tal vez resabios de su inicial época informalista– que rompe con el rigor pero no con la poética de un artista que merecería mayor visibilidad. La fortaleza de los mismos parte de una expresión razonada, libre y a la vez sujeta a los cánones de la armonía que rige lo geométrico. Desde ahí, su pensamiento visual da rienda a una sumatoria ideal de contenidos, que van desde lo constructivo a la sistematización de lo espacial. Sus formas plenas, regidas de equilibrio, constituyen una formidable lección de diálogos morfológicos. Unas se interpenetran en otras, sin disociarse. Articulan juegos de visión. Conforman una suerte de poética del plano, en que lo geométrico se sensibiliza y asume otra corporeidad. Esa “geometría libre”, como la autodenomina el propio artista, es sin embargo una fórmula racional de fuerzas que se entroncan y que, impulsadas por la energía cromática, adquieren una visualidad convocante”, según explica Jorge Taverna Irigoyen.-
