Tony looked up at him. “What?” 

Wait. Tony looked up. “Did you shrink?”

Tony’s nose wrinkled. “No.”

Stephen moved closer. It was strange, but Stephen had to look down to meet Tony’s eyes. “You shrank,” he said. “Tony… you’re short.”

Tony sighed. “This is why I wear lifts.”

“I’ve never seen you barefoot before?” How had he never seen Tony barefoot in the year they’d been dating? “You’re short,” he repeated, delighted. “Tony you’re adorable.”

Tony looked murderous.

Stephen would never be over this. His boyfriend was short.
