How is your company team-member training? Do you find your team members asking questions about things they should know? Is it their fault, or were they not sufficiently trained, and possibly not sufficiently observed in their confidence in that training? Keep in mind, an employee doesn't know what they don't know, so their ability to ask relative questions is limited.  Tell them how to do it. Show them how to do it by watching you do it.
