Hello all I would like to tell you all about a form of buddhism ive come across that goes overlooked it is called Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism via the world organization SGI- Buddhism. SGI practices the lotus sutra, the last sutra that the historical buddha ever gave ... Nichiren Daishonin was a monk born in 1222 ad that became enlightened through the understanding that just chanting the name of the lotus sutra "NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO" will lead a parson to plant seeds of enlightenment and even if one has conviction find his/her enlightenment. Imagine that all that you are, all that you think feel do act and participate in is a part of your true nature however in this world there is ignorance and evil stopping you from seeing it completely purely without stain ... the prospect of many religions is to remove these stains in order to see yourself for what you truly are it is the guise behind meditation and many of the chants ... Chanting NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO plants the seeds of understanding from which all the aspect of your nature can be perfectly understood ... it is in its own right an expedient means ... as are in essence all actions through the lotus expedient means for finding enlightenment

Within the vastness of the universe lies the nondual, unmitigated source of existence. For lack of better expression we call it the tasteless, senseless, realm neither lacking nor not lacking perception categorized in a word by emptiness. It is the base of mind ground.
It is because beings make distinctions that there arise conflict struggles and infinitely many laws and meanings that personify and transform in the matrix.
To know both that of source knowledge and the root of distinction (i.e how an ego comes about within the individual ) leads to a seed of enlightenment planted in the mind from which infinitely many seeds may in time form. Those of which each in turn yield innumerably many meanings and so on.

I swear ... If I even have to be forged in the fires of hell to get out of this insanity I will bear it. I will learn for eternity after eternity in ceaseless wonder at my musings ... and it will end like a flash of lightning ... done and then undone ... in a single pathetic moment ... and all the fools that think they are holding me back are just prolonging their own demise ... I am so tired of being sealed off ... so I hear you hate my guts ... or maybee im just joking ...

wisdom measurement
Its in the way you walk, the way you take your time to mindfully do any task that comes your way. Its in the beauty of nature and even the ugliness of the world. Its real, it is you, it is me , it has the mark of being both real and unreal. And at its root is the understanding that life is delicate, short, ephemeral as are all things in it. It is the mark of pure wisdom don't forget it.

At the root of all beings is their center, it is the source of self mastery. If you abide in it you will find the suchness of void calm and an immovable position. And where does this center exist? It exists in contemplating all form as impermanent. It abides in the permanent source of all things. It is not empty, it is not whole, it is you and it is the root of life and death.

the present moment
Alot of people say, “live in the present moment” but what is it? It is simply observing the reality around you as it is without marking it with your own thoughts of the past or future. We all tend to live in our own little dream worlds and never see the present for what it is. Observing the present moment in practice is about as hard as filling a cup drop by drop. Once you have collected enough your perspectives become much clearer. - personal quote

Quote
“Here is the Promised Land. The eternal is here. Have you ever noticed that you have never left here, except in your mind? When you remember the past, you are not actually in the past. Your remembering is happening here. When you think about the future, that future projection is completely here. And when you get to the future, it’s here. It’s no longer the future. To be here, all you have to do is to let go of who you think you are. That’s all! And then you realize, ‘I’m here.’ Here is where thoughts aren’t believed. Every time you come here, you are nothing. Radiantly nothing. Absolutely and eternally zero. Emptiness that is awake. Emptiness that is full. Emptiness that is everything.

You are boundless space. You are nothing that you appear to be. You are the fathomless ocean, forever flowing. The waves do not affect you. Nothing affects you, for there’s no you.

In attaining the ultimate vantage point, not the least thing is attained. There is nowhere but down from the peak of the mountain top. Likewise the most good comes from distributing from the top down not from the bottom up ... be selfless in your giving when its warranted of you, be compassionate when you can. The big question is to find out how. You each have a compass you each have the raft that leads you on, just remember when its no longer of use forget the old and adopt a fresh perspective. So find the summit of your being, for there lies the greatest good of all. - personal quote
