So I thought it would be fun to carry on the use of bands onto my bench. Top set was 75kg + 30kg in bands or there abouts. Took my by suprise just how fast the bands pulls the bar down, than had my normal fight right at my sticking point, glad I managed to lock it out. @camerica_muscle would be proud of my top 😃 #powerlifting #fitfam #scottishpowerlifting #youtubefitnessfamily #benchpress #benchlife #superherostrong #captinamerica

First time doing band squats. Worked up to a single. Hit 105kg +48kg in bands. Felt good to feel the weight get heavier and you move through the rep. I will be doing these alot more that's for sure. #powerlifting #fitfam #scottishpowerlifting #youtubefitnessfamily #squatlife #bandsquats
