Hey, I love your coffee shop model! What do you use to make those nice display gifs of your models? I've been using Maya for school projects and would like to make gifs like those to share them with my friends, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. :')c Is it a feature of the software you use, or something else?

Hello and thank you! I just grabbed a hq playblast from Maya and made the gif in photoshop (heaps of tutorials out there for ya). Another option is Nuke if you have it- there's a gizmo on nukepedia that I think is called 'gif writer'. Hope this helps!

Another project from my first year from the Modelling and Texturing module! I chose to create a diner scene in a style inspired by one of my favourite movies, ParaNorman 🧟‍♀️

During my first year studying 3D art, we had a module called Digital Lighting and Compositing and this was my submission as part of the module! The task was to model and texture an asset and composite the final render(s) into a photo as seamlessly as possible.

Modelled in Maya, rendered with Renderman, textures made in Photoshop, comped in Nuke.
