the devils medical team deserves to be fired (they shouldn't have let jack push himself in the last month)

yeah i'd be interested to know what happened behind the scenes there especially with the recent timo stuff

i will say though, in jack's case i think this was kind of inevitable, that shoulder's been bugging him on and off since 21-22 so they probably decided now would be a good time to get the surgery considering the recovery time. and unfortunately he would've wanted to keep playing as long as the team had a mathematical chance to make the playoffs

don't want it to sound like i'm condoning it but he's a stubborn kid and the devils were not good enough to mark stone him this season

asjgfdbj why is tim's end of season interview so funny. he says (each bullet is an answer to a different question by reporters):

his health's "been good" but he's going to see doctors in germany because he hasn't been feeling great "for a year" but he'll be "all good after the summer and ready to go for next year"

no, he hasn't been feeling it for a year actually, there's just always "some stuff going one" and he'll "see how it is and be good to go for next year"

he's been having issues this year and last year with his shoulder. "it's been great for the whole year" but a hit from a few games ago aggravated it which is why he has been sitting the end of the season out. (but he would've been playing if the games were meaningful)

he hasn't been taking faceoffs because of his wrist, which he hurt in "game 4 or something" (he did not mention this injury when the previous question asked about his injuries, he only brought it up when this different reporter asked about not taking faceoffs). he says he "was good in the faceoffs" because he had g taking them for him.
