My dispatcher asked me to talk to a coworker about their lack of organization. Thank you @evernote & @dropbox!! I try to convince people how much easier their life could be if they would just invest some time in organization. This challenge is open to the public. Invite anyone you'd like. The idea behind this challenge is to take a step out of the daily rat race & spend 5 to 15 minutes by yourself doing something quiet, positive, & encouraging. Figure out a time in your day when you can pause for 5-15 to accomplish this. Get up a little earlier, use a break at work, take a walk, etc. Some ideas might be... *Start a bible-in-a-year plan, or if that's too big to tackle right now, look up a specific subject & focus on that. *Read an encouraging book. *Hand-write a letter to an old friend or relative to let them know you were thinking about them. *Pray for the people you care about, or just pray & thank God for what you have, what He's done or has promised to do. *You could always exercise. Whatever you choose to do, make it something that won't cause you any stress, & will have a positive impact on you in the long run. If you'd like to share thoughts, experiences, or ideas feel free to post them. Personally, I'll be getting up 15 minutes earlier than normal & spending some time drinking coffee & reading my bible.

5 Tips for Finding a Reputable Locksmith
1. Always ask for a specific quote over the phone, & AGAIN before the technician begins work. 2. Ask friends or relatives for referrals. 3. Check online reviews like Yelp & Google, not as your answer, but just a cross-reference. 4. look for signs of a well-established shop such as "serving (your city name) since 1950 etc" 5. Cheapest doesn't always mean best. Don't hear a cheap price & assume that's it, sometimes the dispatcher can word something to make it sound cheap. Such as "our prices start at $25." That usually means the tech will charge whatever they want depending on how much money they feel like making on that call. This is a common scam with the nationwide companies who use 10 or more different names with phoney "shop addresses" who subcontract local people in your area.

I'm all about buying fun gear and the idea of being prepared, but it does seem that most "preppers" prepare their bags for the end of the world. I think it's much more realistic to evaluate your personal situation where you live and where you work, and what disasters (most likely natural) you are susceptible to. Prepare yourself for those situations- tornados, flooding, fire, hurricanes, etc. I think it's a much better use of your money and time.
