in fact he just has a wide forehead and therefore the designer simply liked to highlight his forehead for the laughs in some scenes

BUT IT’S NOT A SIGN THAT HE’S GOING BALD AS PEOPLE HAVE THEORIZED HE’S FINE AND HIS HAIR IS FINE HE JUST NEEDS A LARGE FOREHEAD WHERE HE CAN STORE ALL HIS GAY THOUGHTS
