I'm working on drawing some of my favorite scenes from my fanfics... Here is a little snippet of chapter eight (8)

“Ah! Sorry ther’ Harry - got a lil distracted. What did yer say?”

“I asked why you needed to see Dumbledore. If you can say, that is.”

“Nothin’ to worry ‘bout. I’m missin’ a rooster, yer see, an by the looks of it students stole it. Professor McGonagall an’ professor Snape wer’ lookin’ fer em’.” He scratched his beard, thinking. “Why students need me rooster for?”.

“The Professors didn't say?” Asked Draco.

“Not really.” Hagrid thought about it and then added. “They did mention ‘the Chamber of Secrets’, but I dun think it has to do with me rooster.”  Hagrid saw movement besides him, then Harry tripped lightly and looked nastily towards Draco. What was that all about?

I  never had that “come out” thing (pan), mostly because my mother is like... the flipping best, and just like any kid, I had my crushes.

One of them was Debbie Thornberry, why? SHE WAS SO COOL!

No? Only me? Oh well...

I, as a lot of people, have a lot of shows I loved as a child. One of those, and easily on the top ten, was Ruby Gloom. A canadian cartoon with a goth aesthetic  that was… just soft. So why not draw something from it? 

I decided to draw Misery. She is in a constant losing battle with bad luck and a little pessimistic, but also she is so self aware and nonchalant about it. She is the embodiment of “MOOD” and I love her for it!

Are any ruby gloom fans out there still?
