So far, today has been a good day! I went to Costco to get a few things in bulk, then to HEB to get a few groceries not in bulk. After, I went to my favorite burger place, Hopdoddys burger bar. There I got the awesome Classic Burger, it was sooooo good! Now I must wait till six to go to my friends house where we will then go downtown to the paramount theatre go see my FAVORITE comedian, Margret Cho!!!!! I'm so excited I just can't hide it!!!

I might not be the biggest beer drinker out there but I do love me some Blue Moon! So while in Colorado I felt it was appropriate to pay the Coors Brewery, which is located in Golden about 20 minutes outside Denver, a visit. The tour started with a 20 minute wait for a small shuttle that led us on a 10 minute tour of the small town of Golden and there I learned a little about its' history and why Coors decided to set up its' brewery there. The fresh mountain water that was found in Golden was the key point of setting up production there. After the 10 minute ride we finally arrived at the Coors brewery facility where we were able to venture on a self guided tour, through the tourist parts of the factory. Through the tour we were allowed a few samples of beers, of course I chose Blue Moon. Through the self guided tour I learned how the beer was made and was able to see all of the kinds of equipment that is used to make all the kinds of beers. The last part of the tour was the gift shop! The Coors brewery was a awesome experience and I would highly recommend the tour for those over the age of 21 and for those that are fond of beer. :) enjoy a few of the pictures I was able to take! And follow my blog to see even more!

I went to Colorado back in September and this is what I saw!
In Colorado I made a stop in Colorado Springs, just a hour outside of Denver, where I saw some of the most amazing scenery! I would recommend if you're planning a trip to Colorado to stop in Colorado Springs, there you can find a number of things to do like going to The Garden of the Gods! In these pictures you'll see my adventure in the Garden, it was truly incredible! Due to unfortunate weather I wasn't able to visit all the outdoor attractions such as Pikes Peak, which is the most visited mountain in North America. There you can even take a train that takes you up the mountain to better enjoy the sight! Maybe next time I visit Colorado conditions will be better! Fingers crossed! :D Enjoy the pictures everyone! And follow my blog to see even more!

Another painting I've done in the past couple of months. I was inspired by looking at maps and observing the layout of the city blocks.... just a little insight there ;) enjoy!

Today is #SpiritDay.
Did you know 82% of students report being verbally harassed in school because of their sexual orientation?
Did you know 64% of students report being verbally harassed in school because of their gender identity?
People all over the world wear purple on Spirit Day in a stand against bullying and to show their support for LGBTQ youth. Started on Tumblr and observed annually since 2010, individuals, schools, organizations, corporations, and public figures wear purple, which symbolizes ‘spirit’ on the rainbow flag.
Getting involved is easy: just wear purple on October 17th and turn your blogs, Facebook and Twitter profile pics purple using the app for iPhone and Android to help create a world in which LGBT youth are celebrated and accepted for who they are. Upload photos of you wearing purple with the hashtag #SpiritDay to Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+!
