"I met Jeff 1st time in 1994 at a small gig at the Luxor in Cologne/Germany; did an interview with him on 01.20.1995 in Frankfurt/Germany

... saw + met him again playing live at the Luxor in Cologne at the 20th of February 1995...

... And afterwards...went to see every single show of him in Germany ever since! (And, being a music journalist since 1987: I saw and interviewed many many V.I.P.-artists before him!!)

Jeff was absolutely extraordinary to me! 😍

...and because of that...and because my interview with him was so very intimate and special...I had the honour (& burden) to write his obituary for his record company the day after he drowned. 🥺😢
