I haven't uploaded any #training videos in the last few months because I was focusing more on dancing and my #weightlifting training was really more than inconsistent 🙈 but now I am back 💪I lost a lot of strength on my #bench and I am doing a diet right now because I want to cut a bit of bodyfat. Because of that I won't gain the #strength back quickly but step by step I will get stronger and better than before. Today's visit of the #fibo was motivating too. I did 3 sets with 6 reps 85% of my max which is 37,5 kg at the moment and Bodyweight is about 46 kg. Bench Press 40 kg 4 sets x 5 reps at 49 kg bodyweight. Not satisfied with the too short pause and with weight progress. Satisfied with my bridge and not having shoulder pain. 75 kg 4 sets with 5 reps on 48 kg bodyweight After 2-3 weeks of struggling with this weight, a lot of hypertrophy training (which I hate) and trying different things with my technique I finally got that 75 kg for reps!
