please support team starkid if you can! i know it’s been rough for everybody but if you can afford to catch a livestream of vhs christmas carol or get the digital download please do! you can also donate to their tip jar and/or buy the soundtrack when it comes out on itunes. it’s been hard for actors this year; your money isn’t just going to support their future projects but to directly supporting the members of team starkid as well.

PS: if you can’t afford it don’t feel bad! like i said, it’s been a rough year for everyone. just continue to support starkid by spreading the word about them and making fun fandom content. that’s definitely a good and valid way to support them and their work!

i just want to get ahead of anybody who’s gonna bitch about vhs christmas carol being behind a paywall. they don’t have to make ANY of their content free (the fact they do have a lot of their shows up on youtube for anyone to watch in the first place is what makes them so awesome!). don’t expect them to do that with everything bc it’s pretty unreasonable to have them spend so much money to produce content and then give it ALL out for 100% free.

i’m so late to the party but i finally bought and watched starkid homecoming and i cried <3

good afternoon i’ve come to say fleur delacour is SEVERELY UNDERRATED.

a lot of this has to do with movies not including one of her major story arcs and glossing over her character, but let me just make a short argument.

first, she was chosen and competed in the tri wizard tournament. that alone is such a brave thing for someone to do. she also wasn’t afraid to compete against three other men.

second, she fell in love with bill weasley and didn’t care about scars on his face. molly, ginny, and hermione all thought of fleur to be a stuck up french girl, but she truly came to love bill. the scene with fleur talking about bills scars that wasn’t in the movie is such a major development of her character. she stated that she was good looking enough for both of them, and she didn’t care that bill was scarred bc she loved him for HIM.

lastly, she joined the Order and fought in the battle of hogwarts. she fought on the side of good along with many others.

fleur delacour was more than just a pish posh french girl, she was a strong fierce hero who shows young children that you can be a pretty face and a brave individual

WAIT BUT OK CAN Y’ALL IMAGINE HOW VIRGIL WOULD FEEL IF ROMAN BECAME OR CONTEMPLATED BECOMING A DARK SIDE?

like we know that roman used to strongly dislike virgil mostly because he was such a downer and his “job” restricted roman from doing his own.

but after virgil’s reformed arc they’ve become better friends and roman was a huge part on letting virgil see that he doesn’t hurt thomas as long as they work together

so imagine if roman is so hurt from the events of the last episode that he turns into something horrible that resembles a dark side. virgil, having been a dark side previously, would feel worry, panic, and all the emotions in between because roman would be going down a path he went down that he wouldnt want any other side to go through.

i can just imagine virgil trying to talk roman out of his state and 😔😔😔
