Please help a disabled queer woman of color and her family (TW: mental illnesses, health problems)

Hello, please read this if you have the time. My mother's depression has gotten tremendously worse due to personal matters. I live with my family and we are trying to help her but I am very scared for her and what might happen and am finding it very hard to take care of myself.

I am also mentally ill (depression, anxiety, possibly other things but I'm not sure) and I also am autistic and have chronic pelvic pain which I am currently seeking treatment for. With my autism comes with sensory sensitivity and when it's really bad I cannot eat without gagging and i am not able to take care of myself hygienically. I've tried to work but I found it very hard due to my autism and I am receiving benefits but it isn't enough because a lot of it as to go towards bills. I still have appointments I have to go to, including therapy. Not to mention getting around so I can do the stuff I need to help my mother and other necessities.
