I'm not replying your message in public to avoid dealing with harassment and discourse again, I hope you don't mind.

I appreciate your message. And I'm happy you like my art! I feel like when people look at something in fandom they dislike, they immediately think the artist did that in bad faith. It was not my case at all. What I did was supposed to be silly and funny, but I take responsibility for tagging it wrongly.

From now on, I only care about protecting my peace, which is why I'm never touching that character again, only my favorite ship, and my favorite ship alone.

As for keeping my inbox open to anon messages, for now it's pretty peaceful. You see, I got a lot of atrocious and offensive messages in all fronts (twitter, tumblr and strawpage), but I engaged with none. When you don't engage with people who already hate you, I reckon they get bored, and move on to their next target. So I believe I'm pretty safe now, given that I don't get hate messages anymore, and I completely gave up making art of that character.
