i LOVE the idea of "i can't win, but you can lose" in fictional confrontations it is SO fucking tasty. the human nature to self destruct and the human nature to survive by any means necessary combined at its finest.

This is all just for my book.
This is not the story line.
This is only the ideas and plotting of the general story to tie everything together with last-minute details and major issues that I didn't notice before.
I am so tired because of this.
Like please, I just want to start the first chapter already.
But no, something has to pop up and I need to write it down in order to incorporate it or make it work out or else I feel like the story has failed its true potential.
I am not doing mentally well with this book.
I am highly stressed.
Is it still worth the struggle of writing it?
No.
Am I still going to do it out of spite because my family doesn't like me writing things like this?
Absolutely.
I will always do something out of spite if it involves my family not liking what I do.
Reminds me of the time I bought a skull pencil holder specifically because my mother hated them and is a full on Christian.
I live to spite God at this point.

I stayed away from social media until I was 15. I knew all about it beforehand and I had seen what it was doing to some of my school friends (one of my friends had even started doing illegal things because of social media).
I only got on social media so I could stay in touch with my friends (we were graduating middle school and I was going to be moving that year).
I still have to say though, I wish I had never gotten on social media because I feel like my life is ruined with it, but at the same time, I feel like my life's ruined without it.
Social media should be kept away from children for as long as possible in my opinion. It'll mess up their heads and most kids won't know how to confront those kinds of problems.
Please protect your children from this. I'm not saying to never let them have social media, but at least try to inform them of what can happen when on it.
It's not a game, social media can be very bad if you don't know how to handle a situation you've never been put in before.
Do this for the children, not for yourself!
hey if youre like 13 or under please get off social media and go frolick somewhere i am frightened.and concerned for the youth of tomorrow

That is officially going to be one of my headcanons for my au, oh my god, I love that lmao.
Saw someone describe Scar’s luck as being “installed upside-down” in that he could survive falling from a plane with no parachute no problem but dies 50 times on his way to the supermarket, and honestly yeah I think that’s the best descriptor.

This is really helpful for writers like me when I get stuck on some things.
💻 Your OC and Tech: Ask Game
If you're answering for OCs who live in an SFF or historical setting, imagine their answers in a modern AU!
1. Describe their phone case.
2. What’s on their lock screen?
3. Do they use nicknames for their contacts or do they list contacts by full name?
4. Who do they text most frequently?
5. What’s their texting style? (EX: abbreviations or perfect grammar? One-word texts or paragraphs?)
6. Write out a text exchange between them and another OC.
7. Who was the last person they called?
8. What app do they use most frequently? (Name an app or describe a hypothetical one)
9. What are their most frequently used emojis?
10. Describe a photo they have saved on their phone.
11. Are they the kind of person who takes selfies?
12. Open the notes/note-taking app on their phone. What’s there?
13. What do they use as an avatar or profile photo on social media sites?
14. You’ve just stumbled across their tumblr blog! Describe it.
15. Describe their computer. Is it a sticker covered laptop? A high-tech gaming computer?
16. Let’s look at their search history. What are the last 5 things they searched?
17. What’s the last thing they searched in an incognito tab 👀 (doesn’t need to be NSFW!)
18. How many tabs do they have open?
19. What are their most frequently visited websites?
20. What’s in their email inbox?

If you ever feel stupid:
Just remember there was this one time that I dropped butter in my oven and it slid down the slots to the very bottom where I wouldn't be able to get it out.
I thought it would be fine, that it would just melt and go away.
What I did not expect was it catching on fucking fire and making me panic and try to close the oven door thinking that would help (key hint, it didn't).
My brother had to come and help me and I was so embarrassed.
