#me fr#genuinely i think this helps me specifically because i have a hard find accepting that I'm allowed to be in pain and not be okay with it#but if i put that onto Character I Like then I can look at them#and be like#okay#the character is so deserving of love/affection/ care/ help from the Other Characters#so maybe#my character is also worthy of that

but like genuinely. you are. you really really are. and I would agree that it does help to see that and be like, oh. you know. maybe, if character a can get through this, I can too

I really don't understand like. not reading your fics. like I do? I guess you wouldn't want to reread your own work or something like that but... most of my fics I love. I reread them on the regular. I was rereading Scarred last night at like 2am and it was so late halfway through I like fell asleep for a second and forgot it was my own fic and was like "dang that's a good line... that looks familiar..... wait" and this is probably an exception because Scarred is, hands down, the fic I am the proudest of (discounting OC), but like. I love my fics. I write for me man. And also like, you guys. I love reading people's reactions but. I write the stuff I wanna read you know?
