So getting back into the Sonic fandom wasn’t part of my bingo card for 2024 but here we are!

It’s been 14 YEARS!!! Since I’ve drawn this hedgehog.

I probably wouldn’t have gotten back into the fandom if it wasn’t for my friends playing Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 early this year. I was reminded of my childhood and how much I loved Shadow growing up. Also found out this was “the year of Shadow”! Seeing SEGA just spoil him, adding his own campaign in the remastered Sonic Generations. Getting short animations to his back story with Maria! FINALLY BEING INTRODUCED IN THE SONIC MOVIE! BEING VOICED BY KEANU! OUR NATIONAL TREASURE! And over all seeing the fandom rise from the ashes, and Shadow getting all the love from new and old fans. The 7 year old me is so happy right now.

Anyways Happy New Year guys! I wish you all a new exciting adventure! ✨🥂🎊

So awhile back I had a dream that Nintendo made a new legend of Zelda game. They where showing off a town during a test demo and one of the npc was Malon but this time she was part Gerudo. Still a horse girly and looking out for her fathers ranch.

Yumosa and Riya. Gerudo sisters

-Riya (28) is the most skilled fighter in Gerudo village, right along side her little sister Yumosa. She has been training all of her life to become someone to protect her people and family. With the power that has been past down to her she is not only a warrior but sorcerer to. Able to cast fire spells but summon powerful lighting attacks. With her power she was able to develop a technique which allows her to teleport with her lighting; when throwing a weapon of some kind. None in Gerudo town has ever seen. Despite her mother training her to become the most powerful warrior in town she is disappointed with Riyas lack of interest in a partner. It doesn’t matter who wishes to pursue Riya, she would always turn them down or say shes not looking for a romantic partner.

-Yumosa (25) is as skilled as her older sister, but fails in making a final blow. Despite that her empathy is one of her biggest strengths, allowing her to see with unclouded eyes and gain different perspectives in life. Her mother on the other hand wishes she would of out grown this ‘pacifist’ point of view but Yumosa never faltered. “At least she always been interested in having a partner.”

Despite being a Gerudo warrior, Yumosa has always dreamed of a simple life, owning a floral shop and starting a family of her own.
